Meriya is an ordinary human. An ordinary human thrust into the world of monsters.
First she gets captured by savage dwarves. Trying to escape she runs to the mountains were she is lifted off by man-eating harpies luckily she esscapes that too. Into civilization, scars can't be healed and while traveling with a group of Indian children she is again thrust into a darkness this time to the hands of water islander? Or are they?Meriya has learned enough to know their not normal and she is determined to escape the island along with the children. Fight or no fight she will survive.
