padma rifled through her bag one last time to ensure everything was in its place. she and y/n had spent the past half hour packing for the sleepover and there wasn't much time they could waste.
dressed in black dolphin shorts and a hoodie, y/n slung her bag over her shoulder.
"hurry up if you want to swing by the kitchens," she complained.
"have you seen my airpods?"
"catch."
padma caught the white case swiftly. she tucked it in her backpack and the two were on their way.
to the founders' credit, the kitchens were very well hidden. third year was when y/n trailed fred and george through the fruit portrait just to spook them.
the current game plan was as follows: request a few pizzas from the elves, raid dumbledore's candy cupboard, and secure ten bottles of soda. while padma bagged the necessary sweets, y/n got out her phone.
