~Beverly Hills~

Layla walked down the stairs and stopped at the bottom step when she saw Jordan zipping up a gym bag. "Going somewhere?" He looked up at his girlfriend. "Going to play a little pick up ball with the fellas at the stadium" she was confused. "You think that's a good idea? Jaime was murdered. Do you think it's safe?" He walked up to his girlfriend to hold her head to assure her that everything will be okay. "You have nothing to worry about. I'm sure her killer is some lame asshole who wouldn't dare step a foot near any of us. You have nothing to worry about" he told her. "I know you and the guys can handle yourselves but I'm scared Jordan. I will be scared until her killer is arrested and put behind bars" she started tearing up. "Hey..." he caressed her cheek. "My mom is on the case. She's doing everything she can to catch this guy. Everything will be okay honey" he gave her a hug. "I can't lose you" she whispered. "You won't babe, you won't..." he caressed her back. "I don't want you to but I want you to be there for Ash. I know he needs you right now. Football will help. Don't worry about me, Patience is upstairs and Coop is on the way. Give him a hug for me" she said with him nodding. "I'm going to call you every second I get to check on you girls" he told her. "That's fine. I must say.. you being so protective is hot" he let out a chuckle. "Maybe I should be overprotective more often" he smirked. "Nah, just for right now" he chuckled some more.

It's been a week since Jaime was murdered and her killer hasn't been caught yet. This is bizarre. How is this psycho walking free still? How come the police aren't doing everything they can to catch this person. They broke the news once and since then, we haven't heard anything else about it. It's like Jaime's life didn't matter. I feel so bad for Ash. He lost everything. His baby and his girlfriend. I could only imagine... We're all doing everything we can to be there for him. Though he wants to be alone, the least we can do is fight for justice for Jaime. I postponed tonight's dance class. I just needed to be alone...

Liv was seated on the floor at the dance studio. Spencer doesn't know about her postponing tonight's practice. He wouldn't have let her be there alone. But she needed to be alone. She was having flashbacks to when she lost her dad which was causing her to be emotional. It was triggering her to want to drink. The bar was only a few blocks away from the studio. All she kept thinking about was Jaime. She wanted Justice for her. She was ready to start her podcast again. Get the word out. Anything to help catch Jaime's killer. She was looking at pictures of her and Jaime. They weren't close like she is with Patience and Layla but they were still friends. Her phone started vibrating. It was an unknown number. She hesitated to answer because of the weird caller she got a few days prior but she answered anyway. "Hello is this Olivia Baker?" She was confused. "This is her. May I ask who's calling?" She usually doesn't answer unknown numbers but she's been getting a lot of recognition from her past article. "This is Dana Johnson, the president of the Academy of Dance. I would like to inform you that you are nominated for an award for best dance choreographer" Liv was stunned. "Are you serious?" She didn't understand how she could be nominated for an award when she teaches at a small dance studio. How would they have gotten her work? "Yes, and I'm inviting you to Paris for the award ceremony" the woman said. "Paris? Wow. I have no idea what to say..." she ran her fingers through her hair. She needed some good news in her life after what happened to Jaime. "How about yes to the invite?" Olivia let out a giggle as she nodded to herself. "Yes, I'll go but how did you know about me being a dance choreographer? I'm very private.." she said. "Let's just say someone put out a good word for you. But, I'll send you the details through text. You are able to invite how many people you want" she was impressed that she was able to invite whoever. Usually places would only give you one or two people to invite. "Thank you so much" she looked towards the door seeing Tara walk in. She noticed it was an empty studio with only Liv. "Thank you so much I'll be looking forward to meeting you in a few days" Tara looked at her confused. Liv got off the phone and put her phone down besides her. "Where is everybody?" Tara didn't get the text about practice was postponed. "I cancelled tonight's practice" Liv told her. "It would've been nice to know that. I live all the way in Woodsboro. My boyfriend just dropped me off..." Liv realized she didn't text her. "I must've forgot to text you. I'm sorry.. my mind is all over the place.." she admitted. "Hmm.. Wanna talk about it?" Liv shook her head trying not to get emotional. "I get that we hardly know each other but it's always good to talk about what's bothering us. Maybe it would be easier to talk to me since you barely know me.." Liv put on her best forceful smile. "I'm fine. I just received some amazing news. I have to call my fiancé to let him know but um.. are you going to need a ride to Woodsboro?" Liv offered. "I'm sure I can call my boyfriend back" she was pulling her phone out but Liv stood up and stopped her. "No need to. I'm offering. It's the least I can do for you. My way of apologizing for not texting you about me canceling practice" Tara nodded as she put her phone away. "Okay, thanks"
