An overview on all words that might appear unfamiliar, or are specific to the fantastical content of Acuador:
Historical
Old Laws: These laws were said to have been made by the first settlers of Acuador, whom took vows of honesty, loyalty, and virtuity. In modern-day Acuador, most kingdoms have moved past the old laws and instead follow the ideals of their reigning family. Windermere is the last remaining kingdom to still follow them, although Strathmore has incorporated many of the ideals into their own society. Most kingdoms still recognise the significance of the old laws, but Glauchester believes them to be outdated and rudimentary.
Battle of Elsbury: A battle which took place between the border of Windermere and the Divide in which a nomad tribe laid siege to the town of Elsbury. Lead by Ulfric Constantine and Alger Wickhame, Windermere successfully defended Elsbury and reigned victorious.
Species
Vintulf: A hunting hound native to Windermere which appears similar to an Irish Wolfhound. Capable of taking down large prey such as elk, bears and moose. (Possible concept art to be added in the future)
Izenluf: A breed of horse native to Windermere which is large, heavily built and long-coated. (Possible concept art to be added in the future)
Consumables
Riysha: A Windermere delicacy made of smoked deer or boar, cooked with spice (and occasionally honey). Wrapped in an animal skin pouch and pulled shut with twine.
Medical
Froze-silly: A term to describe the medical event in which extreme temperatures bring on chronic or possibly life long memory loss and erratic behaviour. No known cure, condition sometimes improves over time.
