Kanzaki's POV

I was walking to my classroom as I was texting my best friend Y/n. I've liked him for a long time but haven't had the guts to tell him and decided to date Sugino to get these feelings over.

It was working, but a small thread had held onto that feeling. I know Sugino used to like me and would shower me in love but, it wasn't the same as what Y/n does.

He helps me with homework when needed, he dries my tears when I cry, my family loves him, and he made up an anniversary on the day we first met in 3rd grade.

I heard something in an empty classroom making me get out of my thoughts. It seemed to be like two people were in there. I saw the door open and peeked inside to see who it was. It was Sugino and R/b.

He had her pinned against the wall kissing her, they were making out. ''Why don't you just dumb that weirdo for me?'' I heard her say. My eyes started to tear up as I continued to listen.

''I can tell she still has feelings for that guy she hangs around. I just gotta wait until she fully loves me then bam, break her heart.'' Sugino said to her as they laughed.

I ran before they noticed me and out of the school. I was crying at this point, even though I didn't love him for real, it still hurt.

I finally look at my surroundings and see I made it to Y/n's house. I knew he was home considering he didn't have school today.

3rd POV (it has been 2 weeks since i worked on this bruh im sorry)

Y/n was in his room doing some extra schoolwork when he heard a knock on his door. ''Who is knocking?'' He asked himself getting up and going to his front door.

He saw Kanzaki standing there with tears in her eyes. ''Hey, what's wrong?'' He immediately hugged her and brought her inside.

''What happened? What's wrong?'' He asked worried and tries to get her to look at him. ''He- he cheated.'' She managed to answer before sobbing again.

Y/n had a burning look in his eyes but hugged her as she sobbed in his chest. He can deal with Sugino later, right now he needs to comfort his bestfriend.

After about a few minutes, they sat on the couch as she has calmed down and was laying on his chest. He was stroking her hair gently and rested his head on top of hers.

He than moved his head to look at her, ''You wanna watch a movie?'' Y/n asked her making her nod. He grabbed the remote off the table and turned on a movie he knew she would like.

They both were in silence as they laid there watching the movie. Kanzaki was contemplating on finally telling Y/n how she felt for him but decided against it and stayed in his embrace not knowing he was thinking the same thing.

Bonus

It was a week after Kanzaki found out about Sugino cheating and pretended to be oblivious about it. Sugino was thinking he was fine but what he didn't know was that he was about to be exposed.

He entered 3-E as everyone was laughing at him and pointing making him confused and turned to the board to see pictures of himself kissing random girls, him pretending to flex, him sitting in an alley way talking to a grown woman, and finally him walking out of a random house with a women/teacher waving bye to him only wearing a bra and underwear with a see through robe on.

He looked around terrified to see a familiar h/c male looking at him with a smirk. Karma's a bitch, and it ain't our red head Karma.
