When the Cloud Meets the Sun .

Chapter 1

{This is the first time I'm officially publishing. I'm new here and I'm hoping you guys will love this :D}

"Shikamaru, seriously you gotta stop worrying like this. Everything's gonna be fine- ya know!", Naruto said slurping in a huge amount of ramen.

With one hand picking on his ramen and the other supporting his head , Shikamaru led out a huge sigh.

"You know ,Naruto is right, stop worrying , you look so worn out ", genuinely said Ino, after all its been like this for the last two months. Ever since , well, ever since she left Konoha.

She did say it might take a little while to see her again, but who would have thought it would take this long.

" I know its been a while , but you should not give up hope" , Choji, finishing his bowl.

" It's not that I gave up hope , it's  just-" , he was cut short, seeing his friends' heads turning behind him. Curious, he turned his head too.

The sight left him frozen for a moment, his chopsticks falling into his untouched ramen, his eyes widening , his eyebrows raised in awe as for the figure he just saw , the one who he had been waiting for so long , is now right in front of him.

Temari was standing right at the entry of Ichiraku's , her hands held behind her back, with the same expression as that of Shikamaru's ,a huge relief can be seen clearly.

Shikamaru stood up, his body started to moving on its own , his legs desperately wanting to move as quickly as possible , finally stopping in front of Temari. As he stopped his arms covered her body , her hands going through his back , her head resting on his shoulder.

He hugged her tight , so did she, giving everything they couldn't the last few months. Tears started forming on both their eyes , which were held back for so long.

{I know this was a very short part for a start but I'll try to make it lengthier}
