Revenge

Because I knew that I was responsible for all this unintentionally but I was the one who choose this path which will be the biggest mistake of my life.

At that time I was not in my senses, after every slap I was thinking all of these thoughts.

Due to this, neither of us came to the main road, out of the school. Because of her slaps, blood started pouring out of my lip and ears. Seeing that Lena had out of her anger too and pushed back Bhumi hard and stood in front of me as she protected me by doing so.

Till now all the power left in me came to an end and as soon as I get some relief, everything was starting to blur in front of my eyes. I was about fall to the ground.

At that moment only Vishal hurriedly came towards me and shockingly said in a loud voice: "Hey, Lena...Shruti's ears are bleeding profusely!"

On the other hand, I kept my eyes open and could barely hear their conversation further. (*NOTE: In between Lena & Bhumi)

Bhumi: "How dare you Bi**tch to push me...!"

Lena: "Take care of your words or else I also know enough well how to slap someone. And till now whatever your blaming is all false. Shruti is innocent, if you don't believe, then do investigate from CID."

Seeing her saying this with such eloquence, Bhumi gets into swearing. Where due to this, all of us being in the seriousness of the situation, it went out of my mind that still Lena & Bhumi was right in the middle of the street.

Within a few moments, a loud voice reverberated in the whole place and on seeing it, Lena's injured body lay on the street and in some distance, we saw Bhumi's tormented body in front of our eyes.

When I thought carefully about what had happened a while back then I realized that a truck had hit them right in front due to high speed.

At that time to see this, Vishal hurriedly went to Lena and I stand with the support of the tree when my eyes meet Bhumi's.

I saw that she looking at me in agony, because of which my eyes filled up with tears and I hurriedly went towards her then I heard her last words: " I'LL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO TAKE MY REVENGE..."

And after saying this, she died and with this, I also faint on the street next to Bhumi.

23 December 2012:

After five days I came back to my senses. When I opened my eyes, I found that I'm in the hospital, my mother was sitting next to me and crying whereas, my father looked upset and talked to the doctor.

Dad: "How is my daughter now, Doctor?"

Doctor: "According to our analysis, the patient's health is improving fastly, there is nothing to worry about much. But due to her severe ear injury, there is a deep impact on the inner screen. If the patient was slapped more then your daughter would have suffered a lot or maybe she could have become deaf forever. But by the grace of God, this didn't happen.

Right now, we are giving suggestions to the patient to stay in the hospital for more days and after regular treatment, your daughter became the same again, but for now, whoever meets the patient was strictly instructed to keep a low voice around the patient or else it'll affect the patient's condition and will have a greater impact on her ear."

Dad: "Ok we will follow the instruction." And they both left the room while discussing something further.

On the other hand, when my mother saw that I'd woken up, she was very happy and while wiping tears from her cheeks, she started pouring a bunch of complaints on me, due to which I felt a bit uncomfortable.

Before I could say anything, my father came into the room and stopped my mother from shouting.

After calming Mom, Dad asked gently: "What happened, my child because of which you got this condition...?"

Mom: "Yes, I also heard from Bhumi's parents that she has a critical condition in the operation room and Lena is also admitted to the hospital."

Dad: "It's good that nothing bad happened to our child."

On the otherside, when I heard their names, I started recalling all the incidents in the past.

Seeing me lost, my father got worried and pressurizing me. Being helpless, I lied to them by saying: "I can't remember what happened between us on that day."

Seeing me getting exhausted, my mother said to dad: "What are you doing? Can't you see that our daughter feels uncomfortable because of your curiosity...Stop it now."

Hearing my mother, Dad feels guilty and he becomes silent. At that same time, the door of that room opens loudly and Vishal comes inside hurriedly.

Seeing him, I understood that something worst has happened due to which he is so nervous, so I told my parents while making an excuse:

"Looking at you guys, it seems that while worrying about me, both of you have spoiled your health. You guys will need some rest now. So why don't you just go home and take some rest and come to meet me later."

Dad: "But my child, how can we leave you alone in this condition?"

I said: "I'm not alone, Vishal is here to give me company."

Understanding my hint he said: "Yes Uncle! I'll take care of her. Both of you should have some rest for sake of your body."

Mom: "Ok dear, if you insist then we'll go home but you know that when you were unconscious, Vishal used to send us home talking like this and wait for you and Lena once in turn for both of you to come back of your senses."

___ Saying this my parent left there. On the otherside, after their departure, Vishal got flurried and while sitting next to me, he said.
