New Reality (Niall Horan)

Okay guys so I started writing this fanfic and I really like it. It's my first fanfic. I hope you like it too! Please comment and tell me what I can improve on c; also i didn't forget about Niall. He comes into the story later lol. and Harry girls please don't hate me :/ don't worry things will get hotter later lol this part was sort of boring. Please enjoy! New Reality. (Niall Horan)

The fact that my phone was completely blank of messages was new to me. I was used to always having my phone in hand. There was nobody to text me. Nobody to call, and ask how I was doing. I changed my password to something else. His name would hurt too much to keep. My new password was "alone."

That's the way I felt. Alone. He wasn't here anymore. My heart was empty. I screwed up everything...

I walked outside and sat on my porch. Taking my phone in hand again I began. "H-A-R-" but I stopped short. I quickly erased the letters and typed "A-L-O-N-E."

Dumped. What does that even mean? Was I thrown into a pile of garbage? I sure felt like trash.

He was my everything. He was the reason I woke up every morning. He was gorgeous.

Break-ups were pretty harsh in high school. You think you know someone...and they turn on you like you mean nothing. He didn't even have the decency to do it himself. His friend dumped me for him.

Harry Styles: king of popularity,

captain of the football team, chick magnet, singer, and sex god, dumped me.

Honestly, looking back, I don't know what I saw in that boy. His gorgeous curls and big smile drew me in. He was a jerk. yes. But I loved him.

But he was a jerk!

But I loved him!

Jerk!

Ugh. I don't know whether to be mad or to be depressed. I went back inside.

I walked into my room. One Direction posters on the wall. There were sharpied hearts all around Harry's head.

One Direction wasn't that big. Another amateur boy band. Only people in the area knew about them. Our highschool let them play at the dances, and everyone loved them. Their music was amazing.

I looked at all of their faces. Harry's face stung and tears slipped out of my eyes again. I looked at Liam. He was the one to give me the news. He was so gentle and kind about it. It didn't make it hurt any less. I looked at Louis. Harry's best friend. And then...Zayn. Zayn and I had been friends from kindergarten. We were the only two born and raised in Bradford. I loved hanging out with all of them. Guess all of that was going to change.

I ripped the posters off of the walls. I smashed the golden locket Harry gave me last year. It read "forever and always."

How accurate Harry.

The tears kept pouring out of my eyes. Liam's words ran over and over again in my head. "I'm sorry. He doesn't want to see you anymore. He said he needed to find someone that would support his career and future. I really am sorry Sadie."

Was I not supportive enough of his band? Or his Football career? Or his passion for Art? Or his dream of living in America for the next 3 years?

I was supportive of all of those things.

I shuffled through my closet looking for the perfect outfit. Tomorrow was the first day of my senior year at Bradford High. I found a pretty summer dress with flowers all over it. Too much. I grabbed my favorite jeans from Hollister and a flowy tank top from Aerie. I carefully layed out my clothes for the next day.

10:30. I got into bed and turned the light off. I tried to control my thoughts before sleep, but my mind drifted into auto-command. I started to think of him again. The guy who broke my heart. If I thought Junior finals were hard, getting over my first love was much worse.

So much worse.
