the gang go out to a club (they're in their late late twenties here - hunt-ray focused)

"..Rayyy." the said boy turned in his seat upon hearing the voice of his boyfriend, who was without a doubt tipsy, maybe even drunk.

The dark green haired man slumped against his boyfriend, arms wrapped around his shoulders and mouth right next to his ear. Despite the loud music, he could still hear that familiar deep and soft voice.

"Shit.. man, I didn't know he was that much of a lightweight." Beverly spoke, eyebrows raised as she took a sip of her own alcoholic beverage.

Ray placed his hands on Hunter's hips, sighing.

"..to be fair, I haven't seen him drink this much in years." Ray mumbled, his boyfriend nipping at his ear and neck.

Katherine stood behind Beverly, her arms wrapped around her as she rested her chin on her shoulder, slightly slouched. She seemed tired, her eyes closed.

Unlike the others, she was completely sober. She wasn't the drinking type; her health being her top priority always, and there's also the fact that she would rather watch out for and take care of the others rather than having to be taken care of herself.

Ray himself even wasn't completely sober, he could feel the flush on his already normally flushed cheeks. His neck and ears most likely no different.

"Babe, here.. drink some water." Ray said, doing his best to move and grab his glass of water.

From this close, he could smell the light and sweet scent from Hunter's shampoo, as well as his cologne and the alcohol on his lips.

Hunter didn't let go, but he maneuvered his head to take deep swallows of the water. Once he pulled away, Ray finished the rest and sat the cup down.

"Come dance with me.." Hunter whispered against Ray's ear, moving his head to look into the other man's eyes.

"..mmh, you know I don't dance."

Hunter laughed a little bit at that, something high and slightly feminine.

"I know you can, if it's anything like.." Hunter trailed off now.

"..well, you know." he finished, and Ray remained passive besides his lingering hands on Hunter's hips and that look in his eyes only Hunter knew.

Ray didn't know if it was all in his slightly drunk brain or because of Hunter himself being drunk, but the latter man seemed sort of shy almost.

Ray nudged their noses together, the alcohol making him more touchy than usual.

"That's different." he mumbled, looking into Hunter's eyes.

Hunter shook his head, resting his hands on Ray's thighs as he stood between his legs.

"The dancing I want to do with you is honestly hardly any different."

"I danced with you.. back then." Ray said. It showed his innocence, back then it was innocent; Hunter wasn't talking about that now.

Hunter chuckled again, "That was different. We were pretty much kids. Didn't know anything about anything."

Hunter reached up, turning Ray's head with his hand so that he was looking into the crowd of people.

His eyes settled on Ryan and Jules, and he could physically feel his cheeks flush at the sight.

They were dancing, their bodies pressed against each other as their hands roamed; touching whatever they could and their hips moving in ways that led him to believe that they knew what they were doing.
