CHAPTER 15

As soon as Varun went to the room we were supposed to share I followed him .

So did Aarya followed Ankit .

When me and Aarya reached upstairs we stood outside our room dumbfounded when we saw Ankit and Varun laughing silently holding their stomachs .

We both look at each other confused and then look back at laughing Varun and Ankit .

"Did you guys pranked him?",I ask in a whispered voice and both of them nod .

"How long are you planning to ignore him?",Aarya asks in a whispered voice too .

"We *laughs* don't *laughs* know",both of them say laughing in between .

Aarya takes Ankit to their room and when I enter my and Varun's room he follows me .

When Varun enters he locks the door behind him .

Opening the cupboard I take my night clothes and enter the bathroom .

When I am done showering and changing clothes I see Varun arranging his clothes beside mine in the cupboard .

We don't talk and he takes his clothes too and goes to the bathroom .

Just when I was done with all of my night routine and skincare I realise that we both will have to share a bed .

And there is no sofa in this room or a extra bedding in the room .

Though we agreed to fake date but we never thought about these things .

The bathroom door opens and Varun walks drying his hair with towel .

I look at him and then towards the bed .

He notices me looking at him and then the bed . 

"I can sleep on the floor",he says .

"Afterall this whole fake dating thing started because of me",he says .

"There is no extra bedding nor a extra blanket or pillow",I say .

"We just have two pillows , a long blanket",I tell him .

There was a good silence for about 2 minutes .

"Asking for a extra blanket and bedsheet would be weird and suspicious right?",he asks .

"Yeah very weird and suspicious for everyone other than Shivani , Dev , Aarya and Ankit",I say .

"Let's just not think about it we can just share a bed and try not to get close",I suggest .

"As there is no other option so I am okay with too",he says .

"Btw did you bring an extra outfit to wear for the party we are going to attend?",he asks .

Oh yeah the party which will be held tomorrow . On Sunday he told me that the client agreed for the meeting and later on there will be an event happening in the evening so I will have to accompany him where the client would like to meet me .
