To say that the group of boys were quite chaotic would be an understatement.
Jaemin had told the group to arrive around 6:00 pm, but of course there would always be someone who would not care for the time. It was only 1 in the afternoon when the brown-haired boy heard an agressive knock at his front door.
Jaemin was lying on his couch, clad in Hello Kitty pajama pants and a hoodie Chenle had gotten him for his birthday one year. Who could it possible be? He thought to himself, pausing the movie that he was watching.
He shuffled over to his front door, grumbling to himself before opening the front door. He would've audibly groaned in annoyance if it weren't for the fact that Jeno was standing in front of him. He had on a pair of Spiderman pajama pants, his own hoodie pulled over his head, he glanced at Jaemin with a nervous expression, shoving his hands into his hoodie pocket.
Before he could say anything, Jaemin was engulfing the boy into the biggest hug possible. Jeno's nerves flew right out the window (though flashbacks of being tackled in the gym did cross his mind) as he hugged him back, he always wondered how one person could be so physically affectionate towards everyone, but he didn't mind.
He was glad to already have friends in this new environment, even if he had only known them for s short while. He would be forever grateful towards mark for adding him to that groupchat.
"Jeno- what're you doing here so early, you do know you have five hours left, right? Or were you just that excited to see me?" Jaemin teased, pulling away from the hug and dragging the dark haired boy inside, closing the door behind him.
"I'm sorry if I was intruding, I just thought that since you were home alone, I'd come keep you company until the others got here." Jeno scratched at the nape of his neck, hoping Jaemin wouldn't kick him out, that would be embarassing.
"Ah Jeno, you are so cute." Jaemin cooed, reaching his hand out to squish Jeno's cheek. All the dark haired boy could do was shamelessly blush, eyes turning into little crescent moons as he smiled.
Jaemin gestured him to come sit on the couch with him and finish the movie he was watching. Mulan to be exact. He then told Jeno he could help him cook later before the rest of the cult got there.
Jeno was just happy to be there.
