Sugarcoat dropped her bag down on her bedroom floor and sighed. She had been out since 10AM with her friends. Roller skating with Lemon,Baking with Pinkie and volunteering at the same animal shelter with Fluttershy. She was about to shut her door when she heard a collar jingle. A little corgi ran up to her wagging its tail. Sugarcoat smiled. She didn't usually like dogs but Swift was Indigo's dog. She promised to babysit him for Indigo when she went on vacation.

Swift meant speed so of course that's what Indigo named her dog. Sugarcoat picked up the corgi and put him on her bed. Sugarcoat laid on her bed giving her feet a break. Swift sat by her feet and laid his head down. Sugarcoat's kitty Snowlily looked up from her resting place and hissed quietly. Sugarcoat grinned and looked over at the pictures of her and Indigo. "Sadly not everyone can get along like we do". Sugarcoat shrugged and slowly started to fall asleep. Suddenly her phone started buzzing. She groaned and looked at it to see Indigo was calling her. "Hi Indie". Sugarcoat smiled at her phone seeing indigo. "Sugarbabe! I thought you would be sleeping by now!" Indigo chuckled. It was a lot later then Sugarcoat would usually go to bed. "You look tired sleeping beauty". Indigo grinned. Sugarcoat shook her head smiling. "I couldn't possibly be tired when I could be talking to you Zappies". Sugarcoat didn't usually call Indigo zappies but when she did Indigo loved it. "God I miss you so much right now". Indigo sighed annoyed she couldn't feel her girlfriend. "Aw I miss you too!" Sugarcoat cooed. "Definitely wish you were here today was tiring.." Sugarcoat laid back looking at the celling. Indigo frowned. "Tell me babe,what's on your mind?". Sugarcoat looked back at her phone screen. "It's just I feel like I'm doing too much. I always offer to help to make up for hurting people in the past with how rude I can be". Indigo felt her heart shatter. Sugarcoat always would say she was too mean. The truth is she let Cinch's words be engraved into her mind,That made Indigo sad. "You aren't rude you just call it when you see it. You have to stop overworking yourself". Sugarcoat hated when Indigo was right. "You're right,I could really use some time to myself". Sugarcoat sighed running a hand through her hair. "Please listen to what I said..You can't let- you know who get into your head like that! I love you and your bluntness..I don't want you to change". Sugarcoat blushed at that. "I loved you then and I love you now" Indigo smiled. "But now I need to get ready for a cruise dinner". Sugarcoat nodded. "I love you so much.." Sugarcoat said smiling from cheek to cheek. Indigo's eyes soften. "I love you too sugarbabe goodnight". "Goodnight Zappies".

Sugarcoat turned off her phone and looked at the celling. Indigo was perfect in every way. She wasn't sure what she did to deserve someone like her. She missed her even more now that they had talked. she cuddled with swift and eventually fell asleep.
