It's been eight months since the day I set the girls free, and killed Jiro. Everyone treated me with respect, and gave me the honorable title of 'Goddess', which I did not agree to! I tried to get them to rethink that, I may be immortal but that doesn't make me a 'Goddess'. But they were stubborn, and they now call me 'm'lady' or just 'Lady Miaka'. They all know my real name is Miaka, but outsiders, they call me 'Mei Ling'. They tell stories of the rescue mission, I roll my eyes that they acted so dramatics at how I took the blow for Maya and slayed the beast. It's more entertaining really, the children always playing outside playing with wooden daggers or swords. Ao was munching down on a nut, while I ate while reading in the hut I stayed in until Ao stopped eating twitching his cute little ears.

"Pykuu? 'Kyuu!"

I smiled, I knew they finally showed up. I grab my shoes, slip them on my feet brushing my pink hair over my shoulder. I decided to braid it this time. I walk calmly outside following the commotion at the entrance, to see the group. I see Maya's husband and a heavily pregnant Maya arguing with the group. Ao jumps on Shin-Ah's fur and climbs to his shoulder nuzzling his neck.

"Ao...?"

"Wait, Ao's here? How is he here?! We looked everywhere for that damn squirrel." Yun scowls.

I smiled, oh how I missed Yun's scolding and yelling~ I walked quietly behind them smiling.

"Please! We are looking for our friend, her name is--"

"I keep telling you, no! No one with such a name lives here, now leave!" Maya spoke coldly.

"B-but..."

I giggled "Now, now. Don't be too harsh on them, Maya~ They are friends, no worries. They are safe."

The group spun around, looking shocked to see me while Maya and her husband gasped. She waddles over to me while holding her swollen belly, she looks like she's about to pop sometime today or tomorrow.

"Lady Miaka! Wait...are these the people you told us about?" I nodded cheerfully, I gestured to her belly she giggled and nodded permitting me.

"I believe this little one is ready to come out...Li! Please take your stubborn wife, and make sure she stays lying down. I wish to have some privacy at my hut."

He bowed and ushered his scowling wife to their hut, I giggled and smiled at my friends, and ushered them to follow me back to my hut. I made sure all of them entered, closing the door behind me.

"Make yourselves at home~ If you're hungry--."

"Zeno's hungry yay, food!"

I sweatdrop "Right, anyways I--oof!"

I was glomped by Yona and Yun, and they cried. I blink and nervously pat their backs, oh boy. Did my sudden disappearance worry them that much?

"Come on, you guys. It's not like I died or anything-- Ow! What gives, Hak?!" I glare at Hak, and he smacks my head he glares at me.

"What were you thinking?! When Yona and Yun saw your empty bedding and found out you left we were worried sick about you! What damn excuse are you going to tell us, hm?!"

I flinch at his raised voice, Yona places her hand on his arm calming him down some but he storms out of my hut. 

"Hak, wait!"
