We all were in the living room, it was already 8pm. "We all should go to sleep", Draco said. "Yeah- well except Tom and Mattheo", I said. "Why?!", Pansy questioned. "Oh girl, they have a boys' night today, it was just planned", Aunt Bella said as she nodded. We all pretended to go to our rooms, Pansy went to Tom's room and slept and we locked her room door from outside. We all went back downstairs, "Time to get to work", I said, "I'm gonna go bake the cakes", I said. "What do you mean by 'cakes'?", Draco asked. "3 fucking cakes Dray", I said. "For?!", Mom asked. "One, at midnight- surprising her in the room, another in the morning, another for the grand party", I said which everyone nodded. I showed them the inspirations and they agreed. I went to the kitchen with Aunt Bella who helped me with everything.
"How many for this one tho y/n?", she asked. "I need 5 eggs", I said. However we made the batter (the mixture) and then beated it, we put it to the oven and was getting things ready when we noticed one ingredient was missing. "Mattheo!!", I called, "Yeah?!", he asked. "Get here", Aunt Bella said. He came here with Draco, "We need one item okay?", Aunt Bella said. Draco took out a paper and a pen. "So we need 39 cups of butter for the rest of the cakes, at least 5kg of sugar, exactly 30 cartons of eggs, and 4kg icing sugar", I said. "Oh and also get some flour, like 8kg?", Aunt Bella mentioned which Draco noted down and showed us the paper, "You call this '1 item'?", he asked as Mattheo laughed. They went to the grocery and quickly brought these stuff and went back to decorating, luckily Pansy won't here any sound cuz I put on the Mufilato spell.
When the cake was baked, I took it out. "Something smells really good", Mom said, "Narcissa! Focus on the table flowers!", Dad said. "But yeah shit that smells delicious", Tom said. "Shut up keep decorating, don't distract y/n", Aunt Bella mentioned. I was super focused and decorated a crown on a parchment paper and placed it in the oven to bake. Until that is done, I kept decorating the cake. 10 minutes later, the crown was baked, "Take it out pls Bel", I said as she nodded and took the crown out. Little did I know Mattheo was taking pics of me decorating the cake and slowly went away. I finished decorating the cake and I placed the crown on top of it, "HOLY SHIT Y/N, THIS IS A MASTERPIECE ISTG", Aunt Bella said in shock. Everyone came to see the cake and took pictures of it, "You really should bake one for my birthday too", Draco said, "Mine too", Tom said, "Fuck off, mine!", Mattheo said. "You really should tell me how you learned", Mom said. "Okay okay! Enough compliments! Get back to your work, I have few more cakes!", I said.
"Uh y/n?! It's 11:30", Mattheo said. "Already?!", I questioned. "What the fuck you expect me to do? Stop time?!", he asked. "Oh come on", I said. We all cleaned up and charged our phone and it was already 11:56. I took the cake and we all went to her room and unlocked the door and just stayed without opening the door. When the clock hits 12pm, we all messaged her. Then I opened the door and we all yelled, "SURPRISE!!". She was awake on her phone when she looked at us, her face in awe shock.
