Manjiro (Kiyotaka's little brother) is transferring to ANHS in the 2nd year and will be joining Ichinose's class.
The story will begin in year 2 volume 1.

His eyes will be the same color as Kiyo's
He's voice is the same as in Tokyo Revengers
He escaped from White Room together with Kiyo but lived with Matsuo until Kiyo's father found out about Kiyo joining ANHS and then Matsuo talked to director and got him a place at the school the next year
Manjiro is overall weaker than Kiyo the only things Manjiro is better at is a couple sports as he had the year that Kiyo was at the school to practice and his speed, agility and of course his kick, so while Kiyo might be able to take down stronger opponents Manjiro will be able to handle more at once and take them out quicker with his kick.
The special tests might not be in the right order or time
He will of course have same backstory as Kiyotaka but he was in the 5th generation White Room with Yagami and Amasawa.
Even though he's a transfer student he will be wearing the same school uniform as the other students and have taken the entrance exam.
Nobody at the school (Kiyotaka and Arisu excluted) knew that Kiyo has a brother and after Mikey transfers to the school everybody learns.
In this story Ichinose's class was demoted to class D in the end of year 1 and Horikita's class will be class B and Ichinose won't have a crush on Kiyo she just see's him as a good friend, and Ichinose's class exists of 39 people 40 with Manjiro (some random background character got expelled at some point)
Also alot of all students and teachers is just background characters that you dont know the names of so i will be coming up with names and maybe new characters.
