Pedro wakes up, with the hangover from hell. He lays in bed and downs the pint of water in his bedside table. His memory of last night is unclear . He grabs his mobile phone and sees a text message and his heart races. Lucie.

Then he remembers what happened last night, he remembers seeing Lucie with another man. Joe. The man all over the woman that Pedro still loved. He then also remembers Lucie saying that they would talk today when he was sober.
He decides to message her back so that she doesn't worry about him more than she needs to.

Lucie was nervous. Seeing Pedro last night had brought up a lot of memories and feelings that she thought she had buried, even the thought of Pedro now was sending butterflies in her stomach.

Pedro had hurt Lucie , he knew that, and he knew that this wasn't going to be easy, but he needed to win her back. And he didn't care who he hurt in the process. Including himself.

Pedro and lucie met at the coffee shop as agreed, for L.A it was a horrible rainy day, so when pedro arrived Lucie was already inside where she had sat with their orders.

"You remembered?" Pedro asked.

"Of course!" Lucie smiled.

"How are you?" Pedro asked her

"Nervous!" Lucie said looking at her coffee cup

"Nervous? Why? It's just me!" Pedro said

"I know, it's just different now"  lucie replied.

"I erm, I'm really sorry about yesterday!" Pedro said

"you don't need to apologise, although I am worried about what got you so worked up?" Lucie asked

"Work, you, and us!" Pedro admitted looking at her

"No, Lucie wait. Please let me speak okay?" He asked putting his hand up to stop her from speaking.

"Ok" Lucie replied looking at him surprised

"Look, I know I fucked up, Trust me. I know. And I want you to know that It wasn't how it looked, I promise you that, but I know it still doesn't explain my actions. I promise you that nothing happened between me and Ana, she kissed me knowing you were there, she admitting it after you left, I haven't seen her since, I don't want to either. I'll admit, that for a while I felt neglected in our relationship, that's why I had that party and it will forever be my biggest mistake even being in the situation, I lost you because of it, I lost the best thing that's ever happened to me. " Pedro explained with sincerity

"Ok" Lucie said bluntly

"And, seeing you last night just reminded me of what we had, seeing you with that joe hurt Lucie. It hurt seeing you like that with someone else. That used to be us. We were that happy.  You know?" Pedro said tears in his eyes.
