There is no FIFA rule preventing women from competing in the world cup alongside men. It was just decided that they are not physically capable of keeping up, hence the creation of the women's world cup. Now, some FIFA leagues below the international level do have rules that men and women must play separately, but this isn't about them.
Even if it was, the clubs have to get a dispensation to allow a woman to play on their team. (Winkwink kaiser im omw. jk, unless...)
