I watch Lincoln drive away and my heart hurts for him, for both of us really, but mostly for him. Here is a man, a perfect man; brilliant, gorgeous, kind, wealthy, protective, loyal and good. A man I admire and respect, who lost both of his parents in an electrical fire, was forced to watch his girlfriend's mother try to kill her, got cheated on, and is now marrying his cheating ex's best friend to save her from deportation and a worse fate he doesn't even know about simply because he sees me, what leaving will do to me. I snap out of my silent musings and look at the plan I have laid out.

• Wedding Day • Bobbi fix my hair and make-up • Elena make sure everything is ready • Best Man has rings • Check on Lincoln • Wedding dress, Reception dress, and lingerie hanging up
After everything is written down and my budget is accounted for, Elena swings by to pick me up and take me to Helen's Bridal. It takes me two hours before I finally find the one. It's a floor length mermaid style off white gown with a long train and 3D white flowers covering the entire dress.
