This story begins with married couple Melissa and Daniel Gerbers having a baby boy, a boy named Xander. Xander would be an odd child as he hardly talked, he was good around other kids, and he'd be born with a solid black eye. All the kids at school would make fun of him but Xander didn't care. Xander was made this way as his mother would be pregnant with him at the time when she and her husband were brutally murdered. Five days later Xander would be found living and breathing after he'd been coffin-birthed. From that day on Xander was raised by Rachel and Jason Shell, who'd signed up to be Xander's foster parents. What Xander didn't know but came to find out is his foster father's violent business, the killing business. Once Xander did his foster father taught him how to join the family business all while going to high school. But Xander would quickly learn that the school isn't like any other schools, and he would learn this the hard way.
