Aethers POV:

I started to wake up slowly opening my eyes as a ray of light hit my eyes causing me to close them tight again and groan as I tried to move but someone's arm was wrapped around my waist tightly. Then I realised I was naked. I looked back at Childe as everything from last night came flooding back into my head and I begun to madly blush, I tried to carefully take Childe's arm from my waist but to no success he gripped tighter causing me to let out a small moan "Childe wake up.." I said quietly turning around to face him but he didn't budge "Childe!!" I said louder. No response or movement. I bit his neck causing him to jolt awake with a groan "five more minutes.." he said lazily "no!!!! I have to get back to paimon she's going to question where I've been" I said annoyed trying to push him away "aw are you embarrassed to tell paimon what you did with me" Childe said with a sly face "NO! Well how do you think paimon would react if she found out I slept with a fatui harbinger!" I said annoyed "so what if I'm in the fatui" he said with a bored voice "well I practically hate them and they all pretty much hate me after everything I've done" I said laying my head back "well you may be a menace to the fatui but i love you" childe said leaving soft kisses on my neck "you love me?" i said shocked "mhm." childe said hugging me closer " I..uh.. i should probably get bacm to paimon." i said awkwardly "alright." childe said letting go of me, i got up and got my clothes on walking to the door and opening it "childe.." i said "mhm?" childe hummed "i love you too" I said quickly before rushing out and running out of the bank with a red face, my heart was basically pounding out my chest as I walked down the stairs into the street making my way to the in me and Paimon were staying in.

Childe's POV:

"I love you too" I heard aether say before running out the door, I went red and smiled as I stood up and got dressed into some fresh clothes and went to my office desk to do some research for the fatui (this was a short POV but I had to add it)

Aethers POV:

I finally arrived at the in and walked in running up the stairs into the room to see an angry paimon standing...well..floating.. infront of me "WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN PAIMONS BEEN WORRIED" paimon squeaked "sorry paimon I was uh....helping some people" I said rubbing my neck trying to cover some of the hickys Childe had left.."well I'm going to go take a shower heh.." I said while stepping into the bathroom I could feel paimons eyes burning holes into the back of my head as I walked in and closed the door. God that was close.. I thought to myself while getting undressed and getting in the shower.

|| time skip (Paimon and aether are walking around liyue)||
"Paimon I told you I was out helping people.." I said with a shaky voice "and Paimon doesn't believe you!" Paimon said crossing her arms while flying next to me. This stupid emergency food is so hard to convince. I thought to myself as I kept walking until I saw Childe in the road infront of us. Oh god I can't see him after what I said this morning... I thought as I went to turn the other way before Childe could see me..but before I had the chance I heard a voice behind me "hey aethe-" "come on Paimon let's go over there" I said cutting Childe off and pulling Paimon away to a crowded area but after a while we saw Childe again and he tried to talk to me..again and again and..again until I eventually just went back to the inn.

Childe's POV:

I saw aether in the distance so I walked up to him and tried to say hi but I was cut of as he grabbed Paimon and ran away into a crowd..oh well I'll see him later. But every time I tried to talk to him he would just run away until I saw him eventually go back to the inn he was staying in.. god why was he ignoring me. Well we will see if you can bare ignoring me tonight . I thought to myself, I already knew aether planned on going to a restaurant with Paimon tonight so I'll do exactly what I did when we first met and then give him a taste of his own medicine, this is such a good plan! Because I'm so awesome and smart! I said walking down the street and...nearly into a pole...
