Levi x Commonor! Reader

Normal P.O.V

The Scout Regiment had just returned from their expedition. It was a successful expedition than their pervious ones. Levi looked forward on his black stallion ignoring the villagers harsh words about them and how their tax pays for their food and expedition resources.

Levi's eyes caught sight of a (H/C) haired woman in the crowd. She looked relieved that they arrived back with more soldiers. Their eyes briefly met and she smiled.

Levi looked away and rode away back to headquarters. 'She looked pretty-WHAT the fuck?! Did I just think that now?' He thinks and shook his head with a scowl.

'I can't fall for anyone...they all just leave me in the end.'

(A month later)

Levi was in the market buying some cleaning supplies for headquarters and for his office when he saw the same (H/C) haired woman in the crowd. She was holding a basket in her hands as she bought some bread from a stall.

Levi watched her for a few seconds before looking away with a scowl on his face. His heart beating unusually fast.

"HEY!! You damn brat!!" Levi turned and saw a child trying to steal an apple but was caught by the stall owner. "You have to pay for that!" The stall owner shouted making levi 'tch'.

"Hey! I'll pay for him!"

Levi saw the (H/C) haired woman taking out a couple coins from her purse and handing it to the owner.

The stall owner glared at her and took the money. "Stupid brat!" The child held the apple to his chest while she kneeled infront of him.

"Hey there. Stealing is bad, you know that right?"

The boy nodded with tears welling in his eyes.

"S-Sorry miss."

The woman ruffled his hair. "Now off you go. Enjoy the apple, okay?"

The child nodded happily and ran off.

"You let him off easy."

The women turned around and saw Levi staring at her. "Oh! Captain Levi, right?" She asked making his eyes widened abit.

"You know me?"

She giggled. "Of course! Who wouldn't know Humanity's Strongest Soldier?"

Levi huffed.

"Right..."

"About that boy... he'll probably learn his lesson or not. Up to him." She says.

"Probably won't and cause more trouble again."

"What's your name?"

"..Levi. Just Levi."

"No surname?" She asked surprised.

He shook his head. "Never had one."

She nodded. "I'm (Y/n) (L/N). Nice to meet you Levi."

He nodded and huffed. The two got along quite well over time and turns out, (Y/n) also loves tea! Just with milk and sugar.

Levi warmed up to her and goes every Sunday to meet her in the market and help her shop. Sometimes she'll help him buy cleaning supplies after finding out that he's a clean freak.

The scouts noticed that levi was not so hard on them with training. They believed he softened down but don't know how he became like that.

Erwin, Mike and Hanji noticed that he wasn't as much rude or cold towards them. It was odd and not the Levi that they know.
