🔮🌧️Rengoku x Akaza

•What if Rengoku accepted Akazas offer? What if Rengoku's Father destroyed his will to be a hashira?

You could feel a tension all around,
A Demon looking deep into the eyes of a strong hashira.
You could hear a boy with reddish hair whining in pain from his wound he just got from a fight against the lower moon 1.
"Become a Demon, you could train forever and never die! Your only fear will be the sun!" The Demon that's named Akaza spoke in full pride smiling at the man in front of him. But the said man didn't react , he was lost in many thoughts. Rengoku fought against the feeling that wanted to become a Demon. All that time anger got build up in him , the words of his father and that he didn't care that he became a hashira. Maybe he would give Rengoku the attention that he always wanted when he becomes a Demon. Maybe then he would care. "Your taking so long to decide Kyojuro" The Demon spoke up once again getting a little impatient because the sun would rise up any time.
Tanjiro couldn't hear what they we're talking about , he just saw Rengoku's face expression but he couldn't exactly tell what it was , was it giving up?..
"No it couldn't be , Rengoku would never give up" Tanjiro thought to himself while trying as much as he can to stop the pain and the bleeding.

"Your such a strong person Kyojuro I admire you , it would be a shame if I killed you here and not turn you into a Demon!" Rengoku looked into the Demons eyes , his hand was trembling while holding his katana and out of the sudden, he gave him a small nod as a response.

Akaza grinned more than ever before ,"good choice, I'm proud of you" Rengoku wished to hear those simple words from his father , Akaza stepped closer and was about to turn him into a Demon.

Tanjiros eyes widened , he didn't understand. What was going on? Did they made a deal? Did they stopped fighting? Is Akaza attacking him? What's happening?! So many questions and no one could answer them right now. Inosuke was sitting next to Tanjiro, holding him back since Kyojuro told them to stay back.Tanjiros heart skipped a beat , was Kyojuro about to turn into a Demon?! His body slowly changed , he was trembling as well and from what he could see it looked like his nails got bigger and the wounds that he got from Akaza healed. By now Rengoku dropped his katana to the ground because he wasn't able to handle the pain. Akaza begged that he would stay alive and wouldn't die from the amount of blood he was giving him. "Kyojuro!!" Tanjiro yelled out but he wasn't able to get up , the pain was to strong.

Akazas eyes met glowing yellow-reddish eyes. Rengoku swore to himself to not attack the young Kamado or his friends , well atleast for now.
The upper moon 3 was proud of himself , he turned such a strong human into a Demon! He was sure he would get a nice reward from his Master when they get into the infinite castle.
Rengoku searched for something to hold on so he grabbed onto Akazas arm , Akaza smirked but that smirk didn't stay long.
The sun was coming up.
"Kyojuro we have to go , the sun is rising" Akaza said , not even worrying about the Slayer group that was watching them. And so they left.

Tanjiro cried out and so did inosuke and Zenitsu, they lost a friend once again but not to death , no ,to a demon that turned him into one himself. It didn't took long till his ex-crow spread the message around. Japan was covered in fear and sadness , many hashiras lost one or two tears to his beloved friend Kyojuro Rengoku. Everyone felt helpless,
"I could have protected him but all I did was sitting here watching!" The young Kamado yelled out while many Tears ran down his face. Once again he couldn't protect someone before they got turned into a demon , it's like a déjà vu.

The last person to know that Kyojuro was no longer human was Shinjurō Rengoku himself , Kyojuro's father. At first he was filled with anger and rage but what first seemed like aggressive behaviour turned into big hopeless sadness for his own first born , However, a few seconds ago he was feeling so full of anger that he was ready to yell at Kyojuro for his decision even though he wasn't there anymore. Shinjurō blamed himself for all of this , if he showed Kyojuro more respect than he would never agreed to become such an ugly and cruel Monster like a Demon. His heart raced and suddenly he had a hard time breathing, lots of tears streamed down his face. Of course Kyojuro's little brother Senjurō Rengoku knew about his death as well and so did he let his emotions flow. But it wasn't just sadness, it was anger at the same time and he promised himself to grow as strong as he was and take revenge on the Demon that dared to take away his older brother.

Both,Akaza and Kyojuro bowed to their master, it was unusual for Kyojuro to now 'worship' the man he hated most. And Akaza guessed right , he was going to get a good reward. Muzan gave him more of his blood to get stronger than before and Muzan was in such a good mood that Kyojuro also got some blood.

The Demon that usually fought by himself was now fighting along with Kyojuro as a duo , just like Gyutaro and Daki did.
And as the time passed by , Kyojuro lost more of his memories to his human life. The only thing that stayed was the anger for his father and his abusive behaviour.
Kyojuro learned on thing as he got turned into a demon,
Not everyone gets a happy ending.
