It was 3:30 and bell had rung. It was finally time to go home. I zipped up my jacket put on my scarf and gloves and started to make my way. The snow was thick and it was extremely cold. I decided to go the back way so I could get home faster, I never liked the back way it seemed scary and dark, as I was walking home in the distance i could see a vibrant white rectangular object, I was unsure of what it was but I carried on walking and as soon I had gotten to where it was i could clearly see it was an envelope, I picked it up to find it was addressed to:

Mr. Oliver de-Langston
22 Solomon drive
Anchorage
Alaska

It looked as if it was brand new,but why would It be here Solomon drive was far away from here. I was deciding if I should open it or not. It can't be anything too bad. And the person it belongs to will be oblivious to the fact I have it.

I was just going to open the letter but then out the corner of my eye I saw a Man in the distance walking in my direction wearing a dark green trench coat with brown leather shoes.so I carried on walking home. As I got through the front door I opened the letter:

29/04/2017

Revenge is harsh.

Say goodbye to your little princess.

(end of letter)

My heart started beating fast and I regret ever opening the letter. What should I do, report it to the police or put the letter back where I found it.
