Anna decides to go with Oliver, Anna looks at her phone and sees that she still has another hour before she needs to be home. She turns to Oliver and says, "I've got some time. Do you want to grab some coffee or something?" Oliver smiles, relieved, and nods eagerly. They leave the classroom and walk to the nearby coffee shop. They spend the next hour talking and laughing, and Anna realizes that she's enjoying herself much more than she has in a long time. When it's time for her to head home, Oliver walks her to the door and they exchange numbers. Anna arrives home feeling happier than she has in weeks. Over the next few weeks, she and Oliver become good friends and even start dating. Anna realizes that sometimes taking a chance and going with your gut can lead to good things.
