Love is a heart's game

Your words laced with vile of mercurial high,
Giving visions  of infinite Starlight and trees made of fireflies.
And i am made of silver ,reflecting upon you smile,
A smile so bright, Competing with Apollo's light.
Stolen glances and words full of mysteries that only we know.
With back full of starred quiver and moon as your bow,
What are you if not a celestial hero.
Even in full dusk and dawn, you're the only one who seems to glow.

You may be Achilles but i am no Patroclus.
You lineage Hades and being a forgotten nymph is my fate
You crown your halo and shine with perly white wings,
but they are not the things that go well with the prince of deadly sins
For demons and divinities were not made to run the same race.

My words made of thorns too true to be lie
Showing the truth that not every night is jewelled and trees eventually whittle and die.
And silver are the sword blades that dnd a smiling life
And love was the sin that trial led Apollo snaching away his light
Stolen glances that eversaw and a dead language only makes a conversation slow.
And an arrow of ivy , shot with a bow of willow was all it took to kill a celestial hero
Tho is beutiful, all dusk and dawn have is a momentarily glow.

In ever eternity and everyday, we must appear face to face.
For demons and divinities are not made to run the same race.
