Over the next few weeks, Maya and Carina spent all their free time together. They explored the city, tried new restaurants, and even took a dance class together.
One day, Carina surprised Maya with a picnic in the park. They spread out a blanket and enjoyed sandwiches, fruit, and lemonade in the warm sun.
Maya leaned her head against Carina's shoulder. "This is perfect," she said.
Carina smiled. "I'm glad you like it. I just wanted to do something special for you."
