My breathing was uneasy, my voice choking on my inhaling. It wasn’t long until I started wrapping my mind around the things he could’ve done to her, a pit left in my stomach after the thought. My mind tried to think further on the matter, but the man's deep vocals ceased my thoughts.“I’m not saying you should, but I’ll make a suggestion.” His words trailed off slightly, his deep tone darkening.
Before adding on to his sentence, he analyzed my worried features, obvious joy on his face. As much as the man wanted, he couldn’t shelter his grin any longer, the sides of his mouth widening. Clearly satisfied with my reaction, the man continued his suggestion, catching my attention.
“You could break up with her, and she’ll leave safely. Or you could accompany me and we get rid of her together.”
Getting quite excited from my face obviously dropping, the man grinned widely, his face resembling a Cheshire cat. In his case, he was lucky. He knew what I’d do for her and his plans were pretty intelligent. But in my case, it was a terrible choice. Neither one I wanted to do, but one choice was worth throwing up for just thinking about it.
Although, trying to hold my composure, I gulped quietly returning an uncomfortable glance with the man. Taking a few moments to push enough air in my lungs to function, I looked pitfully at the long haired man, my eyes soon falling to meet with his own.
“I..I guess I’ll do it.” I mumbled, my words quivering with each vowel.
Giving a soft tainted smile, he places a hand on my head, as if to give me a ‘good job’ pat. Expected, I tore my head from the sensation, turning my body to remove myself from his room. I never thought I’d ever want to go back to that suffocating room. But here I was, staring silently at the clear desk in front of me, my eyes moving around the surface to find something.
Grabbing my computer that sat untouched, I adjust the screen to make liking and begin typing. Once the typing began, I wasn’t sure if I would ever stop, my eyes never removing themselves from the screen. Taking a moment to stretch, I laid my body back in my chair, a loud yawn arousing from my lips.
“That was hard..” I spoke drowsily to the empty room.
Arising from the chair and soon after colliding with the bed, I curled up softly into the comforter as I always did, using my thumb to caress the soft silky blanket. It didn’t take long for me to fall asleep, my eyes closing shut and my mind drifting to slumber.
.
My body felt like it was being tugged on, my mind still wandering in slumber. I wanted to wake up but my drowsiness kept me sleeping for much longer until I popped up to a voice.“What if we kill him now?” One stuttered, giggles hitting through each word.
The other, who had a similar appearance as the boy, decided not to comment on the others question, allowing him to speak further.
“Then he won’t be mean to us anymore..” His voice has the same tone as always.
Looking fearfully at the two boys, I move my body back in worry, my back soon colliding with the wall. It wasn’t much longer till the two grabbed my hands, attempting their best to tug me off the bed. But I didn’t allow it, my body swung backwards in hopes they’d get off, but to luck, they continued on.
In annoyance of the two, I yell hung out my mouth as the two giggled on, their tactacts not to be stopped.
“What are you guys doing?” a voice interrupted the three of us, the twins stopping in instinct.
“We were just playing a game” The man's stuttering increased his eyes unable to stya focus on the man hanging slightly in the doorway.
The two twins rush out in a hurry, the man stopping them for a split second. But to my panicky breath it was hard to hear what the man said clearly, and before I could listen in, the pep talk was over.
The man gazed at me for a split second, his body moving closer into my room as he analyzed it. Touching the cleared off desk, he looks at the tiny brown notebook that sat untouched in my drawer, in which had been unclosed.
Noticing that the man had grabbed my notebook, I quickly jumped up, my hands immediately grasping the tiny papered leather. Raising his eyebrow in skepticism, he allowed my hands to take the black notebook away, my actions soon bringing them to my bag
“Give me your phone.” The man's deep voice aroused in an unpleasant manner, my eyes drawing to his own.
Looking at him in uncertainty, I shook my head, his head tilting in irritation. Before saying anything else, the man grabbed my waist pulling me closer, his hands feeling through my back pockets. Eye’s widening and my hands being stuck between him, I wiggled my body his desperation as he grabbed my phone.
“Stay.” His voice echoed through my head, my body stopping as almost a dog listening to a command.
His hand fiddled with the screen, after finding something, he sighed giving a small irritated glance to me, his fingers soon typing away. Giving the small box back to me, he only leaves, leaving me with myself and my phone. Looking in question at the tiny glowing box, my eyes widen in disbelief.
