You began to wake up, groaning in slight agony. You felt nothing but pain, spread throughout your entire body. You was lucky to be alive, as that was quite a big fall. You had enough energy to get up and turned around, instantly screaming at the giant, green creature infront of you. Fortunately, it was knocked out, you sighed in relief, yet needed to leave before it wakes up. You grabbed the orange key card that was layed on the floor and looked behind you, to see your remote for that drone. You quickly grabbed them and rushed over to the door, opening it, but not before turning back to make sure the monster hasn't awoken yet. It still layed lay, unconscious. As you opened up the second door, your eyes slightly broadened, to see that you was now in some unsettling place. It kinda reminded you of the backrooms, as everthing looked exactly the same and the windows looking similar. You noticed another key card, but pink and beside it was a note. You pick it up and began to read.
This is it.
The things we've done have finally come back to bite us.
Everyone's gone, and the whispers from the abyss just keep getting louder. I think I even saw a face or two looking up at me.
We were told everthing that gets thrown into the abyss dies, but it disappears, we were tricked.
If you're reading this, take my advice and leave. Everthing here should be forgotten and erased from history.
"What?" You was befuddled and anxious, you wanted to know what it meant, but you had no time to think about this right now, you still needed to find your mother and son/daughter, and fast. You felt like you're running out of time and began to grow more concerned. So as fast as possible, you started to do this weird puzzle, you estimated it was anyway. Subsequently, you stepped into a room to notice writing on the wall. "The spider is real? And it's coming" you questioned yourself, you chose to ignore that for now and whilst walking up the small stairs and opened the door, you abruptly felt like you was being watched. You cautiously turned around and yelled in horror, to see another living mascot, peeking around the door. It wasn't as big as that green thing you encountered earlier. It was dark blue and had three eyes and a mouth that was shaped like a zero, along with a stripy, gray and white hat. You gawked at it, wishing that the door would open already. When it did, you ran inside, the doors closing behind you.
Just then, you hear a door bell like sound and a male's voice could be heard on the speakers. "Hey! You there! I can see you on the cameras. I am so happy to see you, and I need your help with something. Wait...can you even hear me? Hello? Listen, if you can hear what I'm saying, wave at any camera" you had no clue what was going on, you didn't know if this guy was either trapped somewhere, or if he's just some other mascot trying to harm you. Even so, the monsters that you've encountered haven't really spoken to you, but try to kill you, so maybe you can trust this guy. You did as he said by waving your hand in front of a camera, You can hear the relief sigh he gave out. "Oh, thank god, I am so glad you're here, I thought this was the end. I was looking around and walked into the security room, then the door closed behind me and I've been stuck inside since. It needs a light, blue, key card to open, but I don't have it. I know why you're here and I can help you, but you've got to get me out of here."Is his kids or other family missing here too?" You marvelled, continuing to listen to the guy speaking. " If I recall correctly, only maintenance workers had the light, blue, key card. So you're going to have to go down to the maintenance room and look there. The door there is probably locked as well, and I can't open it from here, but I do have control over the break room door. Here, I opened it for you, see if you can find anything useful in there" the yellow doors opened up for you to check inside. There wasn't really much inside, but a random object, you can straight away see that it was to fix the remote. It didn't look too damaged to fix, just had to swap the control stick and replace it with the brand, new one.
You moved out of the room and saw your drone, you felt yourself smiling, delighted to see it was in good condition. You now used The drone to hit the red button that was near you. It flew itself straight towards the button, roughly hitting it. Now you had to do even more tasks to get the key card. Whilst you was figuring out the problem, you noticed the mascots on the wall again, yet this time, they had names written next to them. Slow Seline, Captain fiddles, Sheriff Toadster, Stinger Flynn, Opila Bird, Jumbo Josh, Banbaleena and the one and only, BanBan. The blue one that snuck up on you before had no name written next to him, which was a little strange. But again, you didn't give two shits about this fucked up place, that guy somehow knew you are here for your mum and son/daughter, unless he's with them right now. You swiftly went back to the card reader's, trying to sort it out. As you was fixing it, you heard the strange man's voice again. "Ah, the good old drones, I lost mine a couple of weeks ago. Maintenance workers used them for all sorts of things. Like, Reaching high places, grabbing things that fell into the abyss, and sometimes even comfort. It's good that you have one, it might be useful in our little conundrum. Take a look around and see if you can figure out how to get into the maintenance room. I'm unsure if I can be of much help, but we've at the cameras if you need my insight" you nodded, understanding what he said and grabbed another key card. Whilst that guy was speaking, you succefully figured out all the card reader's. "Sweet! Now you can go down to the maintenance room. Remember, you're looking for a light, blue, key card, good luck and thank you" you proudly smiled and headed downstairs to search for that blue key card. You thought it was weird to see a few pink and blue arrows on the floor, but it was probably some type of silly game for the children. It took you a little while to get to the other doors, as there was things blocking your way, so you had to keep turning left and right and right and left to get there.
After awhile, you soon found the light, blue card, the guy mentioned about. You was about to leave, when a flicker of the lights above you, wavered, then strobed. You scent highly strung and looked up to meet NabNab again, he was on the ceiling crawling to get near you, like an actual spider. You screamed once more and started run, dodging the pink arrows and heading for the blue arrows. You never looked back, as if you did, you would instantly get killed. You eventually made it back to the door and hurried inside, the doors didn't even closed, when you made it through the door. you didn't stop running though, in case NabNab was still chasing you. You ran upstairs and went straight to the blue door, where you approximately the guy was trapped in. You swiped the blue card across the card reader, taking a step inside to see no one there. "What? Where is he? I'm in the right room?" You kept questioning myself, there was a small note on the table, reaching over to grab it and started to read it. You didn't had time to full read it, as you got knocked out by something or someone. You fell to the floor with a thud, feeling warm liquid dripping down your scalp and onto the floor. You was in so much pain, your eyes blurry and teary. You weakly looked over to be met with BanBan. You was petrified, this was some type of trap to lure you into the room, so he could knock you out, or worse. "Three birds with one stone, I get all of your key cards, I get the perfect specimen, AND I don't have to deal with that thing down there. And it's all thanks to YOU, oh come on, I didn't hit you THAT hard. Or maybe I did, either way, it's best you take a nap while I prepare for our little surgery" BanBan said, looking down at you with that exact same smile and the floppy, pink tongue sticking out if his mouth. "That voice, it sounded so familiar, could this be the same person that spoke to me? On the cameras?" You believed, you then felt your eyelids grow heavy, and right away, passing out from the blood loss.
