driving through hollywood, the place of the popular, & the first classes. Joey was looking for a place to stay for awhile until the tour ends. he drove up to an building to meet an realtor to take him to a building with open apartments. as he pulled in he checked the time. the time read 8:00 AM.
"Time to go in" Joe says. He got out his car, closed it & threw his cigarette to the ground, then stepped on it to stop the smoke. He headed straight inside he walked into the building, clicked floor 5 & waited. the elevator doors finally opened, Joey walked to the realtors room & knocked on the door. Then there it was; the realtor opened her door & says "Hi i'm Sophie." Joey tried to hold in the smiles & says "Uh yeah hey, I'm Joey McIntyre."
You could see deep down Joey butterflies for her. She says "You're my first ever client," Joey shook her hand & felt electricity in his stomach.
She told Joey "We're going to check out some apartments on block 809." Joey says "Alright let's go check 'em out" he said with a wink.

Joey just got back to his hotel with Jordan. As they were wasting time watching tv, & eating dinner, Joey brought the realtor up.
"Oh yeah! I gotta tell you something" Joey says to Jordan. "Oh, what's that?" Jordan asked. Joey took a moment to think about what to say then continues saying "I met this realtor, she was really pretty, though I don't know her; 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘐𝘴 𝘋𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵, like being around her felt different with what I had with other girls.."
Jordan looked at Joey, Joey instantly knew Jordan was going to say something like; what if she's a fan, & you don't know. But Joey brushed that off his shoulders. Then thought about the realtor, what it would be like having a lifetime of a commitment with her. Then his thoughts were interrupted by Jordan.
"Jesus Joey, just ask her out...what's the worst she'll do?" Jordan asks. Joey raises his brows, takes a deep breath, then takes a sip of his beverage. "Needless to say, but honestly 𝘐'𝘥 𝘕𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘎𝘦𝘵 𝘖𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘏𝘦𝘳." Joe replied, Jordan says "Don't say that, man, that's cringe." "Shut up Jordan" Joey says pushing Jordan's shoulder.
August 15th.
Joey pulls up to the building with Sophie. He made the lame excuse saying he wanted to check out the apartments at block 809 again, but this time all he wanted was time with Sophie.
"So, how's the real estate job going?" Joey asks. Sophie replies "It's exhausting but very very great!"
She & Joey both walk into the first apartment as they got off the elevator. "We're headed to room 809" says Sophie.
Joey thinks "Hm a coincidence? idk, we met on August 9th, met exactly at 8:09 in the morning, now block 809, housing 809? maybe it's a sign.," he thought.

Later that day,
"Welcome to your new home" Sophie tells Joey.
Joey looks down at Sophie with his ocean eyes, his eyes were doing things to her. Joey smiled & tilted his head, he went in a few inches to kiss her but they stopped when Sophie's phone rang. She had to go... Joey left the apartment building to buy some furniture.
