I know that saying they hate each other is over the top, but I still don't see the couple forming. People usually treat this ship like it's canon. It's NOT canon.
Dawn deserves someone who is swetter than Scott. The latter of which says he likes a bossy lady, so that already makes Dawn too mellow for him. Also Scott dislikes animals while Dawn loves them.
I don't believe opposites always attract. Coming from self experience and just looking at the scenarios.
