There the man was. On the beach "helping" who were his enemies. He was stationed in front of the beach in a bunker, with an mg42 automatic rifle and an mp40 sub machine gun. "Go on the beaches and get to their boats, killing everyone! You are to kill any enemies of the Empire at any cost! Do not let the Empire down!! Go!!!" Yelled the Empirial officer in command. The man saluted in a fake obedience and sprinted on the beach, past all the running, shooting, dying and yelling allied soldiers, only hurting his allies if they hurt him. He saw people who were at one point his friends dying on the beaches straight in front of him, blood and guts spewing from their chests and organs flying out. Eventually, he identified himself to his allies, and helped them attack the Empirial army and win this mission on the beach. He was then honored by his military and ranking much higher up for his heroism, but this was not his last time in the war.
