In the story, there's a boy named yui choa Who Lives with the Kamado

In the process, tanjiro and yui grew up together from 6 to 13 ( and from 13 to 15). They share many thoughtful memories, and as time passed, they eventually got closer, Very
close.

But yui family had an illness that ran through their family bloodline and struct almost all of the family members. And unfortunately, yui had enveloped the genes for the illness.
