Chapter 1 - Part 2

Lilian explained to Karla what had happened earlier. Lilian's explaining skills wasn't good so there were some bits that made no sense at all. Even if the words and sentences were screwed up, Karla listened and payed full attention to Lilian's words.

After a few minutes of messed up sentences, Lilian finally finished telling the story. It felt like it took days of talking and thinking of what to say. Karla sighed. "C'mon, I'll take you to Bunnix so she could treat your wound." The brunette dragged the ginger to see Bunnix.

They looked around the house and finally found her in the shack outside in the front yard. "Bunnix, we got a problem." Karla told her with a straight face. "What is it mate?" Bunnix turned to face them and instantly saw Lilian's black scar. "What the fuck happened to you?!" The blue haired woman asked in a surprised and worried tone. Lilian was about to speak but Karla cut her off. "Long story short, she got attacked by some enderman that's half white and has that big ass scar on her eye."
Bunnix scoffed. "What happened to not swearing?" Bunnix teased. "Shut up." Karla rolled her eyes.

"All jokes aside, let's get your wound patched up." Bunnix picked up Lilian and made her way into the house with Karla behind her. They went into the bathroom and Lilian got placed on the counter. Bunnix turned her back to get the first aid kit in a cabinet nearby. "Has she always been that strong?" Lilian whispered to Karla. "Yup, trust me, she has carried heavier." Bunnix came back with the kit in her hands and started to patch up Lilian's wound. Lilian didn't like the eye patch she was wearing so she asked if she could have a different one. Bunnix thought for awhile. "I can make one for you!" Karla said with a smile. "Are you sure about that? You haven't sown anything for years by now." Karla nodded. "I'm sure I can do it!"

Not wanting to fight with the younger, Bunnix let her. As soon she did, Karla ran out of the bathroom and went to her room. Lilian was about to step out until Bunnix stopped her. "Lilian, you still have to wear the eye patch." Bunnix knelt in front of her so she was at eye level. Lilian groaned a bit before letting the older put the patch on.

When the patch was on, Lilian quickly sprinted out of the room, almost tripping and leaving Bunnix in the bathroom snickering.

Lilian went into the room that she saw Karla ran into. She found the brunette on the floor with a sewing kit by her side while she was struggling to put a thread into the small hole of the sewing needle. Without Karla noticing, the ginger was at her side, watching her struggling on the thread even more.

Karla sighed in defeat. "Can I try?" Lilian piped up which caused the brunette to startle and almost hitting the younger with the needle. "Geez Lilian! You should've said you were here. I almost poked you with this needle in your eye! So unless you want a blind eye, you should sit a bit further away." Karla warned with a (kinda) harsh tone. Not wanting to upset the older even more, Lilian did as told. "And to answer your question, sure." The brunette handed the other the thread and needle. It took a few tries but Lilian eventually put the thread in.

Karla thanked her as she started cutting some yellow cloth. Lilian watched closely since she had nothing else to do. The brunette started sewing. It took a few hours and Lilian moving around the room out of pure boredom. The ginger was staring at the ceiling as her legs swayed back and forth from the bed. She heard a snip along with a sigh of relief. "Finally.." Lifting her head up, she saw the brunette laying down with the eye patch in hand.

The older handed her the patch and the other took it happily. She looked at the eye patch before looking at the other with a pleading look. Karla sighed once more before helping putting the patch on. It didn't look bad but it meant that Lilian couldn't see in her right eye. "Guess I'll be blind in my right eye..." The ginger mumbled to herself. She looked to her side and found the brunette sleeping against the wall. Lilian shook her head as if she was disappointed in her (which she isn't). Bunnix was passing by but stopped to watch the scene and held back a snicker. "You look like a disappointed mother." Bunnix commented. The younger shot a look at Bunnix that says 'are you serious?'. Bunnix couldn't help but let out a snort of amusement before walking off to her room further down the hallway.

Lilian's eyelids got heavier as she yawned. She wanted to sleep but didn't where. Karla's bed was quite big and there was some space left so she laid down on the space, huddling up into a ball before drifting into a deep slumber.

Something told her that this was going to be an adventure.
