{Stanleys pov}

' Nar, grab your coat, we're gonna be out for a while.' Stanley signed and grabbed a coat of his own. "Seriously Stanley, where are we going?" The Narrator bugged Stanley. ' It's a suprise.' Stanley signed, grinning. "Alright, I'm ready. Let's go now." He said and stepped outside.

They walked through the now quiet town. "It's.. It's really quiet tonight. It's kind of nice." Narrator said, looking around. 'yeah.' Stanley signed, smiling a little. Still silent, Narrator took Stanleys had, making him turn a light shade of red. Stanley looked away, wondering if Narrator would like the gift.

After a little while, they reached the gate. They stepped out, the guards looked a little confused to see them out so late. "Stanley has something to show me, we'll be gone for a while." Narrator said, waving them goodbye as they continued. "I bet you twenty bucks they're going on a date and the wizard guy doesn't know." One of them said. "Damn you Gary, i was about to say the same thing."

Stanley and Narrator walked down the dirt path to the lighthouse, and it was starting to get cold. "The view's nice here. We should come here someday, you could draw it." Narrator said. "If Narry likes this, I'm pretty sure he'll like the view at the lighthouse." Stanley thought to himself.

Finally, they arrived at the lighthouse. "No way.." Narrator started. "Great, he hates this" Stanley thought, not sure what to do now. But before he could do anything, Narrator continued speaking. "Stanley, this is amazing! How did you know I like these things? Oh my god, Stanley, you are the best!" He squeamed as he pulled Stanley into a hug.

Stanley hugged him back, extremely happy Narrator liked his little suprise. 'Wait just a second, this is not the best part.' Stanley signed and took Narrators hand. They rushed to the spot, sitting down under a large tree. 'look.' Stanley signed, and pointed at the  sunset.

"Stanley, this... this is beautiful. Thank you for taking me here." Narrator said, once again taking Stanleys hands. "Oh jeez.. are you cold? Your lips are really bl- Uhm.. I mean.. I.. just, take my scarf." Narrator stuttered, giving Stanley his scarf. Both of them were blushing profusely, as Stanley cherised the scarf. It smelled like Narry.

Stanley rested his head on The Narrators shoulder and wrapped his arm around Narrators waist, and Narrator carefully wrapped his arm around Stanley aswell. "Stanley, I.. Um.. Thank you. For everything. I wouldn't be here without you." Narrator muttered, but Stanley heard him.

As a response, Stanley scooted even closer to him. Narrator interpreted this as "You're welcome." They stood there for a while before Stanley let go of him and raised his hands to sign, hesitating a little. He took a deep breath and started to sign. 'Look, Narry, i understand if you don't feel the same, or just want to be friends, or not even that, but...' Stanley took another deep breath, and with a weak voice The Narrator was barely able to hear said:        "I... love you."

The Narrator stared at him, eyes wide, unable to say anything. As Stanley started to turn away, Narrator collected himself and took Stanleys hands. "Stanley.. I.. I love you too." He said smiling. A tear rolled down Stanleys cheek before he hugged Narry. he did it. for once he confessed his feelings to someone. and that someone loved him back.

The Narrator spun Stanley around in the air, both of them smiling and giggling. "Oh Stanley, I can't begin yo describe how happy I am right now!" Narrator squeamed before hugging him again. After a while, Stanley took a step back and placed a hand on The Narrators cheek, a smug grin on his face. "S-Stanley!" He shouted, making Stanley grin even more.

'You are so adorable when you're flustered' Stanley signed. "Oh I am not!" Narrator denied, covering his face. suddenly both of them stopped, when they heard an explosion. Stanley gasped in awe. "Fireworks!" Narrator exclaimed exitedly. 'It's so pretty!' Stanley signed, mesmerized. "Not as pretty as you." The Narrator teased him, and now it was Stanleys turn to be flustered.

' This is almost perfect.' Stanley signed after calming down a little. "Almost? What's missing?" Narrator asked, curious. 'Perhaps.. a kiss? But only if you want to of course!' Stanley signed, now nervous. "Oh Stanley.. i thought you'd never ask!" He said and gently placed his hand on Stanleys cheek, and he turned bright red.

"And you say I'm adorable when im flustered." Narrator giggled, before they both leaned into a kiss. As their lips touched, a heart shaped firework  blew up in the sky. In that moment, the two were in their own bubble, where no one could sepparate them. They loved eachother, more than anything.
