This is taking place at around the time of the Clone Wars. You can pick any season or time period to be exact before Order 66.
Option 1: You are assigned a brand new mission by a higher up (Jedi and Clone OCs, someone from the Jedi Council and Senate, for Sith OCs, Count Dooku, and Bounty Hunter OCs, the guy paying you). This can range from a rescue mission, free a planet mission, take out a key base for the war, etc.
Option 2: Pick an episode of the Clone Wars.
Option 3: Make up something.
