Ch10~Fear

JUNGKOOK'S POV

"Jungkook?!"

A loud voice was heard as the door the the CEO's office barged open.

Jungkook sits on the floor, knees to his chest as he hugged his legs lightly. Lost in thought as fear drowns him.

"Jungkook, hey, you're okay" the person who had barged in comforts as he knelt next to Jungkook, bringing Jungkook's head to face him.

"H-Hyung" jungkook stutters. He was having a panic attack.

"You're okay, hm? Common, breath for me" Namjoon, Jungkook's best friend and Taehyung's Cousin said. Trying to calm the other as he had not seen him in this state for years

"Hyung— Hyung he's going to leave me" Jungkook panics

"How about you calm down first hm?" Namjoon says softly, helping the man stand up and sits him on the couch.

Jungkook had called Namjoon has he had no idea what to do. He is getting married in a few weeks and... him having a child? That literally fucks everything up. What would his fiancé say?

After a few minutes, Jungkook finally calmed down and stable his breaths. Tears dropping down his eyes slowly. He tells Namjoon all that happened, although Namjoon is already aware about the past. Jungkook tell him how Hari had returned and how she wants to ruin his life.

"Jungkook it's been five years, you're still not over it? You had a fucking panic attack!" Namjoon sighs frustrate. "And so what if you have a child with her? It's not as if you cheated and got someone pregnant while engaged"

"I know Hyung but what will taehyung say? He's definitely going to leave me Hyung what will I do then?" Jungkook asked, scared.

"You have such low faith for your fiancé Jungkook." Namjoon shakes his head. "Yes this is a problem, but Jungkook, you could be paying for child support and live your life freely with your love" Namjoon suggests.

"But I don't think this is legit" Namjoon said, looking at the dna document

"How do I tell tae? God I told him I had nothing serious with Hari, what will he say when he finds out I have a child with her?! God Taehyung is going to fucking leave me Hyung I can live without him!" Jungkook began to panic again.

"Enough Jungkook! Stop being so weak! She'd manipulated you before and now you're allowing her again!" Namjoon raised his voice.

"Hyung!! I can't help it!! Taehyung was finally going to be officially mine!" Jungkook cried out, fear and anger laced in his voice.

"Was? Have you given up already Jungkook?!" Namjoon asked, tightening his jaw as he glares at Jungkook

"Namjoon Hyung I'm so scared, I can't help it, if taehyung leaves me too, what would become of my life?" Jungkook whispered, taehyung being the only light in his messed up life.

"I've known taehyung since he was born, and I know him enough to know that he loves you and would never leave you. Have faith in him, hm" Namjoon encouraged.

Jungkook just nods and the chuckled bitterly. Namjoon looked at him, confused.

"I'm so pathetic" he chuckled again. "I can't believe I just had a break down cause of some bitch"

Namjoon sighs, seeing Jungkook finally snapped out of it. "I'll get the documents validated, in the mean time, I want you to tell taehyung everything" he says as he tucked the documents in the briefcase.

"No I can't tell him hyu-"

"Jungkook it's best if you tell him than for him to find out another way" Namjoon interrupts.

"But how? How can I tell my fiancé that I have a child with my ex!" Jungkook sighs frustratedly.

"I don't know Jungkook" Namjoon said as he stood up, ready to leave the room "but you should find a way to tell him as soon as possible" he finishes as he left

Jungkook sighs for the hundredth time today. He took out his phone and calls taehyung.

"Kookieee we're watching a movie~" taehyung whined as he answered the call

Jungkook chuckled, all the troubles and stress he was feeling washed off as he heard Taehyung's voice. Just his voice could give Jungkook so much comfort that he forgot he just panicked a while ago.

"Baby" Jungkook says softly. "I miss you"

"I miss you too kookie, I'm sorry I'm not home tonight" taehyung say, feeling bad at the thought that his love his home all by himself, totally unaware of what the younger just encountered.

"I'll come pick you up on my way home, hm? I really need you tonight" Jungkook says, voice calm as he just wants to hold his love.

"Is everything alright? You don't sound happy" taehyung asked worries

"I just miss you so much tae, and I love you, so much I can't be away from you" Jungkook confesses.

Taehyung's eyes teared up at the honesty he felt in his fiancé's words. He can also feel pain from the younger. "I love you more kook, and yes, please come pick me up" taehyung says and Jimin looked at him with a 'are you kidding me' eyes

"Alright darling, I'll be there soon" Jungkook says as he hung up.

TAEHYUNG'S VIEW

"The fuck tae? We just started the movie" Jimin complained, annoyed.

"Sorry Jimin, kookie needs me" taehyung says with a pout trying to be cute.

"So you're just gonna leave?" Jimin whined as they only just started the movie and he didn't want to watch it alone.

"You can go see yoongi" taehyung suggested.

"I have to teach that Jungkook a lesson, he keeps stealing you away" Jimin plotted as taehyung chuckled, listening to Jimin whined about how they'd have to postpone when they'll finish the movie.
