Yelling.. a lot of yelling. I (F. Moon) was hiding a young girl named Elizabeth (not Afton 😭) away from her parent.. who was very abusive. Luckily, one of my sisters went to call security on this man so I just had to do the job with handling him.. oh boy how that went.. I was refusing to tell him where Elizabeth was—which she was actually sleeping in the sleeping quarters—but I didn't notice when he entered, he was holding an alcohol bottle.. within a second he threw it straight at me—and keep in mind, I was in human form—the glass broke and a few pieces went in my eye, I hissed in pain while a grabbed my eye and my head bleeding an awful lot—including my arm. Luckily, security arrived just after that incident, so no more damage was caused. I turned back into an animatronic as security arrived, my head still bleeding—oil.
It now been a while after that, my sisters are taking care of the kid while I decided to take a break and head to the Casino. I first turned to human form before going, being immediately greeted with immense pain in my head and arm, and one of my eyes being blurred—luckily it's not permanent I suppose. I covered the bandages on my head with my hair and rolled my sleeves just in case someone was at the Casino. I then teleported to the Casino, almost immediately being greeted by Shadow, Xayvia, and Chlor. Though Chlorysa and Xayvia were off to the side so I decided to talk to Shadow.
"Ah, good afternoon!" I said, trying my best to ignore the pain in my head, "Afternoon Moon, I see you have a human form?" Shadow replied, Oh right- He haven't seen me in human form yet- "Oh er- Yeah- Anyway! How have you been?" "Good.. slightly stressful nonetheless but not too bad." "You have all the problem children, I honestly expected that response at this point-" "Yep.." He sighed, so I pat him on the back.. but speaking of the children that reminds me, Niko.. I wonder if he knows yet.. as much as I should tell him if he doesn't I also don't want to put more stress on his shoulders.. Fuck. My train of thought was interrupted by Shadow speaking, "How have you been, Moon?" He asked, "Pretty good!" Yeah that was a damn lie. I haven't slept in forever and since I have to deal with kids now and the recent incident my mental health is slowly getting worse.. again- I swear I tried to respond in a more believable tone but everyone can see past my lies at this point 😭 "Are you sure..?" I sighed, "I really can't lie anymore near anyone can I?" I asked, Shadow nodding in response. "Okay, fine, I haven't been too well, but it's not that bad" Ehh- Is it really?- My thoughts got disturbed by Shadow hugging me in attempt to comfort me, though I did flinch a bit because—y'know—Andd he noticed. Fuck. 😃 "..Moon." He said, us two separating from the hug, "Yess..?-" "..." "Okay, okay, I'll tell the story." I sighed in defeat, ' 'I swear everyone knows me too well..' ' "Short story—or not—the daycare opened recently and today I had to deal with an abusive parent.. who supposedly had an alcohol bottle and you can assume the rest. There." "Are you okay? Is the kid okay?" "Yeah, I think Love and them are taking care of the kid." I responded, completely avoiding the first question—maybe a little bit on purpose. "..And you?" "I'm fineeeee.. besidesgettinghitinthehead,arm,andeyeinhumanform." I blurted out, already knowing I won't be able to hide shit from these people- "... Can I see..?" "..Why exactly?-" "Just making sure." "Err- Sure? They're already wrapped in bandages though" (well besides my eye of course-) I lifted my sleeve and moved my hair a bit, revealing the bandages, and then pulling my sleeve back down and fixing my hair a bit. Shadow pulled me into a hug and I laughed softly. At least something nice happened today.. ^^
