(This takes place in 2018 , I know Becky was on SDL, but let's just pretend she was on Raw)
Monday Nights are always my favourites as I get to see him . Seth Freaking Rollins .I only saw him as a friend at first , but then we started hanging out more , training together, going to the gym together, playing CS with our other friends from WWE and I realised that I actually have feelings for him ... To me , he is Colby Lopez , my best friend. When I moved to America, I had no one . Moving from one promotion to another. But then I bumped into mr.McMahon and he asked me to come to the WWE . I got a family here . The McMahons took me in as if I were their child , the roster as well . I wouldn't ruin that just for a stupid crush . I would rather hold it for myself than tell anybody, especially Colby . Tonight , we have a mixed tag team match . Colby and I will be teaming up against Becky Lynch and Finn Balor . It's no secret in the company that Becky has a thing for Colby . It's also no secret that he returns the feeling. Does it hurt ? Yes , yes, it does , but his happiness matters more than my feelings. Talking about Colby , here he comes .
"Hey, Emms ! Are you ready for our match tonight? " he hugged me with a smile on his face.
"Hey ! Almost . I still need to put on my ring gear , but I am ready. " I smiled back at him , returning his hug .
"Awesome! I'll see you out there ! " he waved and went to talk to Joe (Roman Reigns), who just came for around the corner .
I went into my locker and put on my gear before retouching my makeup. I know we are going to win , but still , I do feel kinda nervous. I guess it's just because of my tag partner . The door opened, and in came Sasha Banks . She is my closest friend here and she knows everything about me. Except for whom I'm in love with .
"Hey , girl ! Ready for your match ? Everyone is waiting for you . " she smiled , fixing my hair .
"Yes , I'm ready . I'm a bit nervous, but I'm ready." I said, and I got up .
"Come on , I'll be coming with you to the gorilla position. " she opened the door and motioned for me to go .
When we got there , Seth was flirting with Becky , my heart breaking when I saw them . No , we're just friends . No feelings. I said hi to them really quick and got a bottle of water, and sat on a chair to calm down . Becky and Finn went out first , and then it was my turn .
*Meanwhile, backstage from the p.o.v of Seth*
"Hey , Mercedes, is there something wrong with Emma ?" I asked when I saw Emms upset .
"Are you blind , Lopez ? She clearly has feelings for you, and you aren't even paying attention to her . She is hurt because you were flirting with Becky , but she cares about your happiness, and she won't say absolutely anything. She'll just pretend to be happy. "
"She does ...? " I said, feeling like an asshole .
I never noticed ... Why didn't she say anything . Maybe I am blind ... I thought she would never look at me as more than a friend , so I tried to block my own feelings . I do like Becky , but I am in love with Emma . She is everything that I ever wanted. I should tell her that .
"Rollins , it's your turn . " A man told me, and I went out , the fans cheering for me .
I jumped into the ring , joining the corner where Emma stood . I hugged her , kissing her forehead in the process . I was up first , going against Balor .
<<fast-forward to the end of the match>>
Emma hit the Go to sleep on Becky, and I hit Balor so he wouldn't intervine . Emma pinned Becky, and the bell rang , her theme song starting playing. I lifted her up in a hug , celebrating our win . After we parted , I felt a hit in my back , Balor hitting me . Becky also started beating me, and I don't recall that being part of the storyline . They stopped once I heard a chair being hit on each of their backs before a pair of soft hands touched my shoulder. Emma turned me around and helped me up . I looked into her blue eyes, and I kissed her . I don't care what they are going to say backstage, I am ready to show this woman that I love her . She was taken aback at first but kissed me back, parting after a few seconds. The crowd went wild with the kiss happening, and I could see why .
"Hey , Emms ? " I said
"Yes ? "
"Will you be my girlfriend?" I asked , with a smile on my face .
"Absolutely! " she jumped into my arms , clearly over the moon .
I kissed her again before taking her hand and going backstage where Mr. McMahon gave me a talk about how I need to take care of Emma, or I will be getting in trouble with him . I'm really excited to see what our future holds .
