🌙Moondrop🌙

I ran through the lobby at Pizzaplex because I was late for work

My shift started fifteen minutes ago and I'm only now in the Lobby

*fuck! I hope the boss doesn't notice*
I thought, running for my life to make it

I was already in front of the entrance to daycare and pulled out my pass from my pocket to get here

I walked in and the kids were already here, there weren't many of them, but they were already starting to walk

I went downstairs and sat down at my desk again

My job was to keep an eye on the daycare attendant and if by chance a human hand was needed

My work was very easy because Sundrop was always good and didn't cause problems

"HELLO MY FRIEND!"

I don't like his annoying voice, but otherwise he's nice and I like him

"hello Sundrop"

I waved in greeting

"KIDS, WELCOME MY FRIEND Y/N"

A little embarrassing, I waved to the childrens and the kids started to annoy me to go play with them

"No thanks, I don't want to play"

Even though Sundrop has the same expression, I felt he was a little sad and so were the kids.

"WE CAN PLAY HIDE-AND-SEEK"

I sighed and got up from my chair

"Okay"

The children were happy and Sundrop laughed with happiness

Sundrop started counting to a hundred, and me and the kids ran all over the daycare so I could hide

After a while of searching, I hid in the slides

I heard Sundrop find the kids and I was the last one to behave

One of the children found me and our hide-n-seek ended

But the kids and Sundrop convinced me to play more games with them

I agreed and played different games with them

After a few more games, I went back to my desk and just relax

It was beginning to be evening and parents were coming to get their kids and Sundrop began to clean up the mess

I helped him clean up and the last child was left

He was waiting for his parents, who fortunately arrived soon

When the child saw his parents, he ran to them, but tripped over a cable

His parents picked him up off the ground and thanked us for taking care of him

"That was d-"

The lights began to flash

"run"

I turned to Sundrop

"RUN Y/n!"

The lights went off completely and I started running to the front door of the daycar

It was terribly dark, so I couldn't see much, but I kept running

I've met Moondrop a few times, so I knew what to do, but....... It will be worse without a flashlight

I had several options....... Kick on the generators, stay at my table where it's light, or just run away, which would be more dangerous

I chose generators, so I had to find them, which would not be difficult

I climbed into one of the many crawls and found the first of five generators

"NAUGHTY GIRL"

I made a face in disgust and quickly ran out of the slide and went in search of other leftover generators

"Okay.... Just one more generator"

I took a deep breath and started looking for the last generator

In one of the slides I saw a red light, which meant that the generator was not turned on

I started to climb into the slide, but something grabbed my leg

I looked at my leg and the first thing I saw were the terrifying red eyes that belonged to Moondrop

Moon started pulling me down, but I needed to turn on the last generator

My hand slipped away and Moon pulled me out of the slide

I was on the ground and Moon took the flashlight from my hand
I lying on my back, I kicked him in the stomach with both feet and started running to the front door

I thought I had won, but when I turned behind me and saw Moon running behind me with his knees and elbows bent, he was like a spider and was faster

Disgust

I wasn't paying attention to the road and tripped over the same cable as the kid

"MHHHM!"
I mumbled with my face on the ground

Moon lifted me up by my collar

He chuckled ominously

He looked at me for a moment and dropped me to the ground

I quickly turned around and wanted to run away, but he grabbed my wrist

I wheled in pain because his grip was strong

He sat down on the ground and kept looking at me

He pulled me to the ground so that I could sit across from him

Suddenly, he pulled me into hug

I didn't mind at all and I enjoyed the hugging

I snuggled into his chest and his grip getting stronger

"Moon doesn't want to hurt you"
He whispered in his hoarse voice

Before long, I fell asleep contentedly in his hug 🌙
