After leaving Laura's house, Laura and Ross were driving down the highway on the way to tell Stormie and Mark when their favourite song came on the radio by their favourite band Shut up And Dance with Me by Walk The Moon Laura had her feet rested on the dash with her head laid back on the seat as she looked lovingly at Ross. In moments like these she realises why she fell in love with Ross in the first place this is home she thought this is the only time she feels her safest is with him Ross notices Laura staring and when they get to a red light he quickly leans over and kisses her on the lips while placing his hand on her thigh and whispering "I love you so so so so much" "Mm I love you to baby". The light changes and Ross begins driving again but leaving his right hand on Laura's thigh gently stroking up and down just to make sure she was ok as they pull into the driveway and Ross hops out quickly to get Laura's door for her "Aww thanks babe " "Your welcome sweetie"
Laura and Ross knocked on the door feeling more relaxed that they had got the hard parents out of the way after a few seconds Stormie answered the door " Ah Ross Laura this is a nice surprise come on in" "Ya mum there's something we need to tell you is dad here by any chance " "Ya he is sweet heart take a seat on the couch there and I'll get him " "Thanks mum " Ross and Laura sat on the couch. Ross held Laura's hand to reassure her that everything would be ok."Ross Laura it's good to see you two you know Laura ever since all the kids moved out they barley drop by anymore " "Oh really Ross" "Ya I can't defend myself dad I'll try drop by more sorry" ""It's ok son so the two of you didn't just drop by randomly I presume you either have to tell us something or you want something or something's wrong what is it" "Ok mum dad you might want to sit down " "Ok honey is everything ok" "Ya mum were fine were great actually it's ye were worried about " "What do you mean your worried about us Ross I mean we're fine" "Well dad the thing is I Know this isn't the easiest thing to hear but we've told Laura's parents and well Laura's pregnant were having a baby" Again silence fell upon the room Laura gripped Ross's hand tighter and Ross's heart rate sped up as Mark and Stormie looked shocked "Mum dad someone please say something" "Oh yes Ross honey I'm sorry I'm not mad if this what your thinking I was just shocked because sweetie I'm happy " "Oh ya Ross no son were not mad don't worry were happy were really happy it may sound crazy because your both nineteen but by the time the baby comes you'll nearly be twenty so ya no this is great I'm gonna be a grandfather" "Now on a serious note will you keep with the R tradition" "God mum you had me nervous there for a second I mean the R tradition I I don't know it's up to Laura Laura what do you think " "Oh ya definitely " "Really" "Ya of course I mean we couldn't not do it" "Aww thanks babe ""No problem sweetie " "So Laura honey do you know how far along you are ? Have you gone to the doctor ?" "Ya Stormie we have actually we went for our first appointment yesterday and we had a scan and found out I'm seven and a half weeks and the baby is healthy and we have pictures of the scan if you'd like to see " "Oh yes please show me show me show me " "Ok here they are ok so it's head is here right up the top on the right hand side you can just about see one of its hands and its little feet are there in the middle" "Awww Laura honey congratulations" "Excuse me she wouldn't be pregnant if it was for me that is my biggest achievement in life ""Oh honey we know that to but you have your work done Laura has to carry it for the next 7 months and than give birth to it" "Ya I suppose your right "But yes honey it is your best achievement both of yours" "Yep your mothers right and just wait till you hold it your whole outlook on like completely changes forever " "Ya dad it will I can't wait"
