Leah's POV

2 days after I found out I was pregnant my parents just had to come and drop the news about us moving to a different country for the next 4 years since my dad was assigned the duty of a upcoming project in the Thailand branch of the company he works in .

We were just 2 days away from the move when my mom caught vomiting for the 3rd day in a row nd now she was worried and insisted taking me to see a doctor but I wasn't gonna let that happen and then I came to a point where I had two options either tell ma I'm pregnant or go to the doctor with her and have them tell us I'm pregnant, cause I knew ma wasn't gonna drop the decision going to the doctor unless she knew I was ok. And I couldn't lie either since 1. I couldn't come up with one and 2. The chances of her believing my lie is like 0-1 %.

So I took the decision to just tell her and dad and prepare for the worst cause I knew if she found out from a doctor the result would be destructive. So as calm as I can told mom to call dad and come here , and that I'll explain everything, why I'm refusing to go to the doctor.

Ma: there your dad is also here now could u tell me why your so against going to the doctor.

Agn: cause I know what's wrong and also cause I already visited a doctor

Pa: what's going on beta . If you know what's going on do tell us...

Ma: also when did you go to a doctor, that too without me

Agn: remember that day when you ask me why it looked like I cried and I told u it was just a sad movie ?

Ma: ya

Agn: also last week when I told you I was visiting a friend of mine ?

Ma: ya ?

Agn: that day you asked me about crying , I was indeed crying but it wasn't due to any sad movie.

Ma: would you stop beating around the bush and just spit it out child .

Agn: ahh ya well. I was crying cause I found out I am .....

Pa: you are ?

Agn: pregnant  *whispering*

Pa: huh ?

Ma: whatever it is just spit it out Aaghnya, your wasting our time.

Agn: Ma... Papa .... I'm .... I'm um... I'm pregnant

Ma: what !!!

Pa: say that again .

Agn: I'm pregnant. And last week when I told you I was with a friend I was at the gynaec getting tested just to confirm .

Ma: Aaghnya what have you done child ? Why would you ruin your life like this ?

Pa: who's the dad ?

Agn: remember our neighbours the Browns

Pa: ya but they moved away last month.

Agn: I was dating their nephew behind your back and during our friends b'day party last month  her sister  accidentally gave us the alcohol or something instead of her friends who had came and the next thing we know we kind of had sex. But decided to forget it all and the girl's sister who helped us get our safe and unnoticed promised to keep her mouth shut as long as we don't tell anyone she gave us , minors alcohol. Though it was a mistake .

After I was done answering them I saw they face change in a way I had never witnessed before and next thing I know I have 2 days to pack my things and move out away from this city preferably. It was decided that we will leave the house as a family (well in the eyes of our neighbours) and go to the train station to reach the airport but I'll be going to a different city of my choice. The last thing they are going to do for me is buying the train ticket to which ever city I chose .

Even though I acted strong in front of my parents , I was broken inside , cause even when I imagined all th worst case scenarios I hadn't expected getting kicked out . And I had no idea what I was gonna do.
