KIRISHIMA'S POV-
I walked hurriedly up the daycare steps. I was late to drop Emiyo off today. I had to be at work earlier than I usually had to be, so my alarm wasn't set on the right time.
I pushed the door open and saw a few kids with backpacks on and some without their bags, running around with stuffed animals.
"Hello, how many do you need to drop off?" A short, green-haired male stood in front of me. Saying he was cute was an understatement. He was beautiful.
"I-I have one. E-Emiyo Kirishima." What the heck! It's not manly to stutter!
"Ah, you must be that new one Shoto was telling me about!" He smiled. I somewhat envied this 'Shoto' guy, but only because he had some sort of relationship with him.
"Y-yeah..listen I don't need to be rude, but I really have to go or I'll be late for work." I said with a nervous chuckle.
"That's fine, let me take her and you'll be fine to go." He said with a smile. I smiled back and handed him my 2 year old.
---- two weeks later ----
The same green haired freckled boy from earlier this month stood in front of me with Emiyo in his arms.
"It looks like she's all ready to go, isn't that rwight wittle baby!" He said, using a baby voice on the last part
"CanIhaveyournumber!" I rushed out. He gave me a confused look before his lips curved into a smile.
"I put it in the diaper bag." He said, a smile still visible on his face.
"Oh- uhm- I, I.... Shit.." I mumbled and stuttered. It didn't take rocket science to know that my face was red and hot. Hell, at this point I bet my hair is twinning with my face right now.
"Have a good afternoon Emiyo. And you too." He grinned, handing me my kid.
He placed a quick kiss on my cheek and walked back up the stairs, and into the house where he worked.
I stood in my place for a second, a goofy smile on my lips. I eventually began to walk to my car, and got in.
The ride home was a bit quiet, considering that she had fallen asleep almost immediately after I put her in her car seat.
But that just meant more quiet time to think about what the greenette has done.
"Heh, maybe Mina wasn't wrong about that new daycare."
