The truth Part 1

It was Wednesday and I was getting ready for school and my phone beeped. It was a text from Paula. It read:
"I need to confess something to you please meet me outside the cafeteria later when you get there please."
I heard a knock on the door and I looked an it was mom. She asked if I was almost ready and I told her almost. when I was ready, I went to the kitchen and grabbed my lunch from the counter that Marie packed for me. Marie is our chef and she helps me with my homework when my mom, aunt Natalie or grandma Cynthia don't understand and she helps me so much and I love her and I consider her part of my family. I headed out with my mom and got into the limo and we headed off to school. I got there and mom gave me a kiss and hug goodbye and got inside of school. I went to the cafeteria and sure enough, I saw Paula outside waiting for me and we started talking then she got to where she was going to confess
"Alice. I have to tell you a secret but promise me it will not change anything." she said with a sad face.
"I promise Paula." I told her while I grabbed her hands.
"I'm a orphan and I don't have any brothers or sisters just me." She said with a really sad expression. I just knew she wanted to crawl into a small ball and cry.
"Oh my god Paula I didn't know and are you always sad because of this?" I told Paula while I was beginning to cry.
"Yes. That's why I love your mom. She has amazing music and she inspires me to be who ever I want to be and that I shouldn't care what anyone else thinks about me." She said that she crying and hugging me.
I didn't know what to do but then I thought of a plan. The best plan that would make me and her happy.
