We walked into the conference room to see a girl, she had h/l h/c hair and dark/light e/c, and she was around 5'3 to 5'5.

"Everyone this is Dr. Y/n Steele," Hotch said.
She just waved.
"Hi! I'm Penelope Garcia! This is Derek Morgen, JJ, Emily(I can't spell her last name), David Rossi, and finally Dr. Spencer Reid. And I have to say you are so cute!" Penelope said excitedly.
"Thank you, Garcia." She said, her voice is soft and kind, and she gives off a very positive vibe.
"The Unsub killed these three women, Charlie Clair, Rebecca Springer, and Lilac Hayes. He stabbed them in the chest and cut off their ring finger." JJ said.
"That's a sign of love, the right finger has a vein connected straight to the heart," Y/n said.
Everyone looked at her in surprise.
"Sorry." She said.
"No, that was helpful," Morgen said smiling at her.
"Wheels up in thirty," Hotch said, every left to get their go bags.
Y/n's desk ended up being the one behind me, I forgot that guy quit...
I walked up to her and tapped her shoulder, she immediately looked up.
"Uh, Hi Reid can I help you?" She said, her eyes are prettier than I thought wow.
"Uh, yeah, how old are you because you seem pretty young, n-not to be rude!" I asked nervously.
"Oh you're good, I'm 21 I graduated college early." She told me.
"Hey guys come on!" Emily said calling us over.

"Steele, how did you get into the BAU so young?" Rossi asked her, she was sitting next to him by the window, across from Emily who was sitting next to me, Morgen, Hotch, and JJ were sitting at the other table.
"Oh, I have an IQ of 186, I can read 40,000 words in one minute, and 4 PhDs, Biology, criminal justice, law enforcement, and physiology." She answered.
"Look like we got another genius on our hands." Morgen laughed.
"What?" She looked at me.
"I have an IQ of 187, I can read 30,000 words in one minute, and 3 PhDs," I explained, and she smiled.
"That's amazing." She said looking back down at the file in her hands.
"Where are you from?" Emily asked.
"Mission, Kansas. But I traveled a lot and stayed in those places for a while to many different places too." She said.
"Like where?" JJ asked.
"Los Vegas, Atlanta, New York, Los Angels, Orlando, New Orleans, New Jersey, Miami, Columbus, and Seattle." She said off the top of her head.
"That's a lot," Hotch said concerned.
"My Dad could never pick one place to stay."
"What about your Mom?" I asked, doesn't her mom get a say in it?
"I never met my mom." She said looking back down at the file.
"I-I'm sorry," I said apologetically.
"It's fine, my Dad says it's her fault she didn't want to meet me." She said looking up at me calmly.
"So, Y/n, what are your favorite things?" Rossi asked.
"I love mint green, books, boba, movies, sports, sleeping, and helping people." She said smiling when she said 'boba'.
"What's boba?" JJ asked.
"It's a type of drink, normally fruit flavors, it also has caffeine." She said smiling, her smile is so...comforting.
