Chapter 2; "leave you behind"

A new day, A new Leaf, and a new life, Those were the words that lingered inside her mind. As the sun rose up on the horizon the tree sways with the cold air flowing through the early morning

She felt the heavy weight on her eyes as she groaned, ".... Ahh .. my eyes.." she rubbed her eyes as she yawns stretching before carefully standing up with the support holding on the tree, she felt like passing out somehow. Dizziness still swirled around her mind she felt like she'd get sick any minute by now, She looked around as her other hand holding on the tree for support the other one on her forehead rubbing the sides of it with her finger

"Ugh...still... Gotta do something." Actaea looked around seeing the trees surrounding her everywhere she looked.

She checked her dress pockets, if the 3 gems are still there which to her surprise it's still there. It made clanking sounds when it was moved by her hand she felt relief as she did so

She stretched up using both of her arms and straightening her body as she went to go walk away, a sound of grumbling was heard coming from her stomach as she rubbed it a bit "ugh.... Was the heart not enough to be fed by me.. oh well." As she was walking away her strings of doll's eyes came out, coming from her back.

"Massster, do you wissh to do thiss?" The one dolls eyes spoke from the right side, the dolls eyes voice sounded like a snake slithering as another appeard coming out from the left

"I wish to continue this, even though the heavenly gods may have hated my blood i respect that" actaea smiled to herself as she went throught the bushes being careful to where she was walking at "but massterrr do you not know they might come down and curssse uss" the left dolls eyes spoke
"That does not concern me what concerns me i need food, please tell me to where i can locate my food and get clean?" Actaea softly spoke "oh... Sssure masster" the 2 dolls eyes whispered at actaea's ears before curling up back inside the hair at her back, she stopped for a moment as she looked at the clothing she wore, it was torn apart a bit and dirty bloody stained kimono. She sighed badly before she continued to walk on, she surprisingly saw a lovely place, a huge palace that had lovely exquisite designs, actaea saw a small cookie that wore a green kimono and had a light purple long sleeved vest(idk) and light purple hair that springed out like lovely flowers, they had a lovely colorful shades of purple fan.

She approached the cookie as she looked around they were standing facing their back, they looked like they were waiting for someone, as actaea approaches them "hey, small cookie..-"

"GAH!"

The cookie jolted a bit in fear and surprise as she sighed in relief when she saw actaea "uh oh- I'm so sorry!" Actaea apologizes as she bowed, her height compared to the small cookie was she was much taller than the cookie below her

That is when she didn't notice when she was bowing, someone came in beside the cookie. She had her eyes shut.

"Huh... Hydrangea dear who is this." Another voice appeared as actaea felt surprised, the voice was familiar.

Actaea stood back up straightening herself as she was in shock once she opened both of her eyes open, it was none other than her old friend from childhood.. a dragon aswell to say.

"ACTAEA!?" The cookie Infront of her shouted in surprise as they flinched, but they were no ordinary... "Cookie" rather... A beautiful greenish blue dragon, that had a lotus flower blooming ontop of her head and a mandolin with her on her hands

"Lotus! I-it's you!?" Actaea flinched, she was in surprise as well

"Actaea dear what are you doing here in my domain!? And look at you! You're such a mess what happened!?" Lotus dragon cookie cupped actaea's cheeks, she gave her mandolin to hydrangea as she checked her(actaea) face or anywhere else if she was injured or not, she kept checking.
