SECOND ATTEMPT

5 YEARS LATER......

It was a beautiful day. The light of morning sun was tempting the whole nature. This place was MIN PALACE, where a lot of things had changed in these 5 years.

After the queen's death, king hanjun married again. The second queen's name was Sheonwa and she was very wicked and cunning. Sheonwa had a girl and a boy named Eunji and Haneun.

Sheonwa hates yoongi and y/n so much because gave special attention to them. As Y/n's number was already cut from the royal family so her main stone to her success was yoongi. How???......

Yoongi was the eldest son of the royal family, so after king Hanjun's death the throne will be handover to him. And that's the thing Sheonwa didn't want. She want the throne for his son, Haneun.

After queen's death, the mother figure in Yoongi's life was also gone. After the second marriage, king hanjun was not able to give him much attention. Yoongi had only one person whom he could call his family and that was his younger sister y/n......but it was difficult to meet everyday.

After the birth of y/n, King Hanjun thought that the devil would take her away in a few days, but it did not happen. The king kept y/n in the palace for a year waiting for the devil to take him away.

Yoongi's mood changed a bit after staying with y/n in palace. He always had a smile on his face and used to play a lot with his sister. But king didn't like this.

He didn't like the bond Yoongi was forming with y/n even though she was his sister. He didn't want to see his son cry later remembering his sister.

So he sent y/n to live in a cottage built behind the palace, where no one except head maid was allowed to go. Yoongi and Hanjun had a lot of argument on this matter and in the end both of them stopped talking to each other.

TAEHYUNG POV.....

"I am sure you will not let me down this time." my grandfather asked me "no grandfather... this time I will do your work." I said.

Finally after 5 years I get second chance to kill y/n. This time I am fully prepared and determined.

But little did he know that fate had decided something else for him.

Once I arrived at the min palace. I had found out everything about the Min family by my own sources and I also knew where the y/n was.

I went straight to where the king kept the y/n. As soon as I went there, I saw that there was a very beautiful garden and beautiful flowers were spread everywhere in the whole garden. there was a small cottage in the middle of the same garden.

I started going towards that cottage only then I heard the sound of a child giggles.

I followed the voice and saw a little girl trying to catch a butterfly. She was running after the butterfly with a smile. She was so lost in her game that she didn't even notice who was standing in front of her. That little girl bumped into me and fell.

After falling, the girl looked up and saw that after all to whom she collided , but it was a stranger in her eyes. But seeing her, I was feeling something strange. Don't know why my heart was getting warm seeing her cute confused face.

Then that girl asked me "who are you, aajushi??" 'Her voice was also cute like her face' I thought but I took out the strange thought from my mind and asked her, "Are you y/n?"

On this question of mine, she quickly nod her head again and again. After a while she asked me.."Are you the aajushi, who has been sent by Yoongi to catch the bunny?" She asked me curiously and without listening to my answer she started pulling me by the hand and taking me somewhere.

I didn't know what was happening to me. Her little touch was giving me inner peace.

I followed her without saying anything. She brought me to the other side of a garden and started looking at something by turning her head here and there.

I asked her "What are you doing?"

"I'm looking for the bunny here it is." She told me and leaving my hand started going ahead.

There was no one around. This was a good opportunity to execute my work, so I revealed my weapon by chanting some mantras and proceeded to kill the child. But before I could do something, she screamed and fell on the ground.

Painful sobbings started coming out of her mouth. Don't know why but I could not ignore her, so I quickly sat in front of her and asked "what happened?" She didn't say anything and kept crying holding her leg. I looked at her leg and found that a thorn had pierced her feet.

I took out that thorn and blood started coming out of from her feet and then a strange smell hit my nostrils.

A smell that I was unaware of till today.

This smell was making me weak, but
