Alley Cats.

Grown Up

After moons passed, Joy is now a full alley cat.Spott became an alley cat the previous moon.Both of them are still best friends and Spott finally liked someone else other than Joy.Even though Joy was a little jealous of him,she is proud of him.

Since the kits are finally grown up, Hazel is too tired to carry on normal alley cat jobs so she is now a queen and the abandon house is a nursery.Rin is still a leader of the alley and Jar is his assistant.The kit that was found at the forest is being nursed by a cat named Mira.

Blue,Rain and Heather are full alley cat as well accept for Scar.

Urgh! I can't believe i'm the last kit to be a full alley cat! Joy and Blue became one so why can't I?!This isn't fair!

Scar is still staying in the old abandoned house but he sleeps in his own nest since he is old enough to be an alley cat.The reason Scar didn't became an alley cat yet is because his body is still small and other cats think that he'd be useless if he is too small to catch a prey.Whatever the other cats say about him is false.Scar could catch a starling or a huge mouse.

Is it probably because they can't trust me?

"Hey it's the kit that didn't became a full alley cat!" A black spotted kit said.
"Scratch off!"
"Hmph! Guess what? I think i'm going to be the next full alley cat before you!"
"In your dreams cow kit"
"It's Marble! Not a cow!"
"Oh i'm so sorry! Maybe it's because of your horrible fur!"
"At least my mother is not dead!" Marble shouted.
Scar had mixture of shockness and sadness.Luckily, Red, Marble's mother scolded him.
"Marble! How dare you! Scar's mother was the bravest and loyal cat among the bestest in the alley cats!"
"But she's dead! And I'll be the better than-"
"That's it! Your grounded! No milk for 5 days! You will be drinking normal water from now on!"
"But-"
"No buts! You won't be able to leave the nursery as well!"

Marble groaned.

"Im so sorry Scar.." Red apologised
"It's fine, Red.. i'm already ussd to his teasing."
"But it was Marble was being rude of your mother"
"At least you grounded him."
"I wish that I got the chance to meet her..She was the most amazing and caring alley cat ever! Your father is so lucky for having her"
"Don't forget me,her sister" said Hazel who was awake from her sleep.
"Sorry for waking you up"
"It's fine.I wasn't really sleeping just resting my eyes" Hazel politely replied.
"Well you better sleep.That belly of yours will come out soon"
"But not sooner"

Hazel and Red continued their chatting.Scar got up and walked outside.He saw Joy and Spott talking to each other.Joy told him about the night, he wasn't really interested of saying any advice so he just kept quiet about it.

It's nice to hear that Spott moved on another person.

Scar walked towards the fresh kill pile to get food.He walked quickly but slowly because he didn't want anyone to notice him.Unfortunately, Heather saw him.
"Hey Scar!" Heather called out for him
"Uhmm.. hi?" Scar replied nervously.

Why do I feel something's not right?

"Come on don't be shy!"
"I'm not"
Heather squeak.
"What do you want Heather?" Scar said pretending to be a little annoyed.
"Ohh you know.."
"I don't"
"Meet me at the dumpster in midnight" Heather whispered quickly.
"W-why?"
"I have something to show you!"
"Alright.."

During midnight,Scar was awake.He was securing the area if someone was awake.No one was awake so Scar stood up slowly and walked to the entrance but then something bit his paw.

It was Marble.

He must be dreaming catching mices, again.

Scar slowly dragged Marble to the side.Then Scar continued walking.When he was outside he saw Heather sitting on a cement floor.

With Someone.

And that someone is Blue.

"Hey Scar!" Blue called out for him.
Heather turned her head towards Scar.
"Oh hey!"

"Hi.." Scar replied.
Scar walked slowly to them and said "What is Blue doing here?"
"Well.."
Then Heather and Blue exchanged glances.
"I wanted to help you become a full alley cat" Heather said
"What."
"Blue saw us talking this morning the he asked me what we're talking about.So I told my plan and he wanted to join me."
"I want to help my own brother" Blue insisted.

I doubt it.

"How are you going to help me?" Scar asked.
"Come with us" Heather said while smiling.
