Sunny is your average bottom little spoon ground feeder catcher- and their little bottom eyes have landed across the coffee shop where they sat drinking a bagel to a beautiful young lady with short hair.
The lady looked across the room at Sunny who was practically drooling and gave a smile wave, smiling meekly, she was a bit confused but the stranger looked to be a kind person.
Sunny waved back frantically like the little gay simp they are.
The Lady laughed a small bit, still smiling. She picked up her coffee mug and moved over to sit next to Sunny, "Hello!" She said sitting next to the stranger, "I'm Amanda, (idk bi goth looks like an Amanda to me fuck you) and you are?" Amanda spoke looking at Sunny.
"IMSUNNY" they said frantically, nervous to be sitting right next to the pretty lady
"Well- it's nice to meet you Sunny! I would chat longer but I have a bus to catch-" She said glancing out the window and back to them
"Where are you going?" Sunny asked voice laced with curiosity and longing
"Home- er- California- I have to go back because I need to help my parents down there, and they don't like me being so far away" She frowned, it looked like she didn't really want to go
Sunny noticed the look on her face and recognized it, "uh- Amanda? Do you Uhm... want? To go to California?"
"No, no I don't, but sometimes you got to do things that you don't want to do because maybe something good will come of it!" She smiled but the smile looked fake.
Sunny grimaced, looking away for a minute, then looking back they spoke "you don't have to go if you don't want to."
"But I have to because they-"
"Amanda it doesn't matter WHAT they think you should and shouldn't do! You are the boss of you! If you don't want to go to California you don't have to go to fucking California." Sunny was pissed to say the least, nobody should ever be pushed around without a say in it.
Amanda smiled sincerely, eyes starting to brim with tears, "thank you sunny-" She gave them a small kiss on the cheek before standing up, "now I've got a suitcase to unpack at home so, see you soon!"
Sunny watched as she ran out of the cafe, still a bit flustered from the sudden kiss, they looked over and saw a neatly folded napkin next to them, they took it and open it up, traveling her number and the words 'ttyl ;)' written below it. Sunny smiled to themself, looking out of the window, what a day.
