as madison was closing her locker she turned to her left to start walking to her next class. that was until she bumped into olivia, "sorry" olivia said looking up from her phone. madison got a quick glimpse of what was on olivias phone, and it was an instagram post of madisons from a year ago.
"why are you looking at my old posts?" the blonde asks, "i wasn't, what do you mean?" olivia says quickly locking her phone and putting it in her pocket. "sure.." madison says sarcastically walking to her next class.
it was now time for fourth and fifth period with olivia, usually madison dreads those two back to back periods, but today she didn't seem to be bothered by it.
as olivia sits down next to the blonde she goes "you seem happy" "for once" madison says under her breathe while getting her stuff out.
during class madison didn't understand a question on the worksheet and so instead of going up to the teacher she asked olivia. "hey liv?" "yeah?" the brunette says looking up from her paper and turning to the girl. "can you help me? i don't understand this like at all." "me neither." olivia says, pausing for a moment before continuing "i've been guessing this entire time." the girl laughs, "can i copy off you?" madison asks, olivia nods and hands the paper to the girl.
at the end of fifth period olivia and madison are about to walk out the door and split ways for the rest of the day. that was until madison says "hey uhm liv, do you wanna uh maybe hang out sometime?" olivia turns around confused. "sorry what?" "nevermind" madison says pulling out her phone, checking her notifications. "no seriously, mads, what'd you say?"
madison went red from olivia calling her 'mads' her family and close friends call her it all the time but when olivia says it its different. "oh i was just asking if you wanted to hang out maybe?" olivia was ecstatic and immediately agreed. "oh my god, of course! do you wanna go get brunch this weekend then maybe we can go to the movies or something?"
the blonde was happy that olivia accepted the offer. "sounds good!!" the warning bell then rings, meaning theres only about a minute or two before class starts. "i gotta go, bye liv!" the blonde says smiling heading to her next class, "bye madi!" olivia says smiling back.
