Human love is the worst hate, it tries and tries but still fails.The hand that comforts still condemns,the hand that cares, hurts. It wounds and maims, leaving scars that never go.But I still try to love, to accept its comforting caress.But yet I still cant forget the pains you regret.
If this is love, why does it burn?Like flaming embers of passionate hate...
If this is love, why aren't i enough? To satisfy your selfish ways...
If this is love why do you forsake me? Why am I all alone, in the dust...
If this is love, why do I have to walk on a tightrope, trying to avoid trouble as your rage waxes and wanes...
Most importantly, why does this love hurt?
